It has been over a month and I had recently went to my reoccurring tattoo shop and she had stated they should have never pierced my industrial due to not having the correct anatomy for it and position either, my ear was rejecting it and was infected. With my third holes, she had stated no tattoo shop should ever pierce with a pier gun at all whatsoever. I had to have the jewelry removed and lost out on the money I had spent to get them done. When my daughter is old enough to want her ears pierced and responsible enough to care for them I will take her here! I've gotten two piercings here, an industrial in April and a septum in June, both piercings I've…read morewanted for ages. My industrial was fine at first, but never healed because it was done incorrectly and the bar was too short, so I just gave up on it today (image of bad piercing side effects included). Next, my septum was peirced lopsided and the ring was bent to the point it was uncomfortable. I thought the ring made it look lopsided since it was bent so badly, but when I bought a new titanium ring to change it, I noticed it was the hole that was lopsided. Then, when I went to repierce it last month, my new piercer said it was pierced on the cartilage and not the small skin spot it's meant to be pierced. I was extremely upset and disappointed since it's literal hell for me to get piercings. I have vasovagal syncope so it's incredibly difficult for me to get piercings. Do not go here under any circumstances. I wish I could give zero stars for f***ing up my very hard to get piercings.

Brides beware!! They are very slow to respond and communicate expectations poorly. Their…read morecancellation policy is 72 hours once the contract is signed and they seemingly intentionally do not respond in a timely manner within the cancellation window. Once outside of the cancellation window they were more responsive, however rude and unwilling to flex on their policy even after citing reasons why I was uncomfortable moving forward with their hair services, and willingness to work with them before deciding to cancel (the result was not what I wanted and I communicated this within 24 hours to them). I was dissatisfied with the hair trial for my wedding, which was voiced during the trial and dismissed, and now I am stuck with a non-refundable deposit because of their poor communication practices. I politely requested the difference of the deposit and trial services refunded to me, and was met with extreme defensiveness. I felt extremely undervalued as a customer, and their apology simply did not feel genuine or with any desire to make it right. Be careful when referencing their "not normal business hours" approach, because they will use this to say that just about any time that you contact them does not fall within that time frame. This is the main concern, I had high hopes and excitement for their services based on previous reviews, and was incredibly disappointed with the way they do business. They are very shady with contracts, and seems they will skew their words to ensure they are not violating their own contract. See the other one star reviews, it was a similar experience. Aside from that, Kaity who did my makeup was absolutely incredible. I started with wanting "natural but amp-ed up" and then realized I liked a lot more glam. She listened and provided advice, gave me exactly like my inspiration, and the makeup lasted all day - even after a gym workout. If you are confident in your services and need no changes, this make-up is worth it.
