Ben came out to our home and did an excellent job installing all the components, programmed them properly and took the time to explain to my wife and me how to monitor the system to ensure it is operating properly. Ben is extremely knowledgeable, proficient and thorough when it comes to performing his work. My job was especially challenging because of the small space allowed in the van to install the various components. When Ben was finished, it looked like it was a factory install. It had been a very busy year and I still had many demands on my time that were not related to the trip, and I was stressed. I asked them to do routine engine maintenance and to find out why the dashboard AC had stopped working. They did as I asked and found and fixed the problem with the AC right away. I wanted new tires plus a spare for the trip. Savio referred me to Ramon's and they did a wonderful job with the tires, including locating a rim for the spare. The Solis has no space for a spare. I ordered a mounted from Landed Gear and had it shipped to Leales and Leales followed the instructions for the installation so that the spare stayed put even when we drove the famously rough Alcan Highway there and back. The road is built on permafrost and its reputation has not been exaggerated - we encountered one car with two flat tires - but with good tires and slow driving, we never needed our spare. We also did not experience the problems I've read people have with other brands or improperly installed back door mounted spare tire racks: broken window or warping of the metal doors.

I brought in my 2024 Thor motorhome for a battery-related issue. Michael incorrectly told me that my coach does not support Group 31 AGM batteries and insisted I would need to spend nearly $2,000 to upgrade to lithium. He was adamant, repeatedly citing his past experience working at Thor (from years ago) as the basis for his claims--even though the coach came from the factory with Group 31s. He had a condescending attitude and loves to talk on the phone explaining how experienced he was. Meanwhile, he keeps sending me photos of their posted $239/hr labor rate as if that justified the misdiagnosis or poor service, rather than addressing the actual issue. It felt like a deflection rather than a solution. Thankfully, Savio his manager was able to step in, confirm the unit was indeed compatible with Group 31 batteries, and help me get the right battery installed immediately. I bought the battery myself and dropped it off for a quick, proper install--something that should've happened from the beginning. Although I'm having to pay for the diagnostics even though they have the authorization from the manufacturer to cover the diagnostics! To make matters worse, I was told they wouldn't cash the reimbursement check from the manufacturer (Thor), but they cashed it anyway, leaving me out $700 and damaging my relationship with Thor. I had to chase down Thor myself for clarification and deal with the fallout. Despite talking to them on June 26 and then explaining that they closed the case and zero checks would be cashed. July 16 and Thor confirms the check was indeed cashed. This whole experience left me feeling deceived, ignored, and frustrated. Between the incorrect technical advice, the lack of accountability, and the poor communication, I cannot recommend Leale's RV to anyone looking for honest, competent service. I'm just glad that I did not pay for them to upgrade my batteries at $1,800 because the coach already supports lithium batteries.

We received the rental right after someone else and they did not dump the sewage and it backed up into the trailer. We also had no luck with taking a shower because the shower started flooding out out of the bottom The trailer into the storage area, where it completely soaked all of our things that we had stored. Forget trying to use the awning wouldn't even go out a quarter of the way. And when you return it and tell them about all these issues, they will tell you nothing about discounts or how sorry they were or anything. They will just charge you for running the generator longer because on the form it says you need to run the generator to get the battery charged enough to run the refrigerator so that that's what we tried to do And apparently, we ran the generator too long because they charged us for extra hours . Never ever ever rent from this place zero Customer Service. They just want people to rent from them so they can get their trailers fixed through other people's insurance. Would never recommend them to anyone . There were no broken pieces inside of the RV when returned so that doesn't make any sense. The actual Renter is my mother and my stepfather who I accompanied on this trip. And yes, things got heated on the phone call when I kept trying to speak and was being spoken over. When trying to voice my concerns and feelings they would just talk louder . Still zero accountability for all of the problems that we had with the RV.

Throughout the journey, "Peggy", our trusted camper van, led the way. From booking to pick up, during our rental and everything in between, the entire process was extremely easy and straightforward. I was thoroughly glad that I had paid for the unlimited mileage option as we definitely put some miles on Peggy. I was also thoroughly glad that I had paid for the insurance protection because unfortunately we needed to use it, getting a crack in our windshield while driving through the national park. All of the staff that I encountered at Escape Campervans were extremely friendly and engaging. They were helpful and very kind. The camper van itself was given to us in pristine condition and very user-friendly. It was comfortable for our 8 day roadtrip and we appreciated having the kitchenette in the back to cook our meals when we wanted. He inspected my roof AC from inside the coach. He had a bad foot and did not go on the roof. Ran the unit to show controls work, it blows but no cold air. He said the entire unit needed to be replaced because it's a sealed unit, not reparable. I knew better than that. He quoted me $1800 to replace the unit. I declined. I later took the RV to San Leandro RV and Trailer. They found a wiring problem with it and fixed it for under $150.
