Notified our waitress about the issue with the food and she asked if we wanted the pancake and the potatoes recooked. We said yes. In the meantime, we have now cold eggs, sausage, toast and million dollar bacon. The potatoes are over seasoned, extremely salty, and the potatoes that same came back out were still not properly cooked. For this to be a new restaurant, they need to better train the cooks. You have to create it. Our $17 meal turned into $36 a piece because of it. This would not be an issue if the food was good but it was nasty. We tried the peach mango mimosas and they were watered down and served in diner style cups - which were dirty! How gross! And the silverware were dirty also so we opted for plastics. The floor had me sliding around from water or sweat because that's another thing - it was extremely hot in there! Also, they only have one bathroom so keep that in mind. I'm just disappointed. Our server was great (she remembered our family even after 5 years (connected the dots to us)), but the rest of the employees and the community within the restaurant felt a bit stuffy. They used to have the best coffee. It is still good now, but something changed (not quite as good). Their pancakes are unfortunately rubbery, but contrastively, they have great bacon; crisp with a bit of fat, that's how we like it. Their hash browns have not changed one bit. They are still crispy!! Some stuff has changed in the atmosphere of the restaurant. They generally have the same theme, but some of the signs have changed. If you get lucky, you may get to eat your food with Shaquille O'Neal in the restaurant! He lives in the area, and comes in every now and then to get some food and pay for everybody's meal. What a great guy!
