I am a very happy and faithful customers at this vf store in lamarque. The prices are amazing. But... I bought some jeans that when I washed them a couple of times in cold water, they shrunk up in length. Didn't think this was a problem, the return policy is on the receipt, can return up to a year with receipt ( which I had), nothing about having washed them .. So I call the store, talked to the manager, and was told a could return an item , I had three.. My total for that shopping trip was well over $100.00. I have work retail all my adult life and am well aware of what is written off for damaged items ( full price ). This was a clearance item, $7.97 to be exact. I was willing to exchange the items... Very degrading especially when I was met at the front desk by a less than happy employee that would not quit shaking her head no while I was trying to explain my concerns. Vf, your going to write these damaged jeans off for well over $15.00 and can't give a customer a $5. to $7. credit on other purchases. Y'all have a blessed day. But I might just take my business else where... read more
