Equally concerning: after consulting, his claim that 2mg estriol long-term causes bone marrow suppression, and adding Proin was the only option, doesn't hold up. That risk belongs to older long-acting estrogens while Proin carries a real and documented risk list. -- Per the FDA label, the Freedom of Information summary, the EU SPC, and the myelotoxicity literature. A doctor who won't stay current on the literature while condescendingly defending his ego is dangerous. If you want a say in your animal's care, avoid Dr. Brewer.

Windermere Vet #10: We went to our 10th Windermere vet 3 miles fm our hm. We decided to engage the Windermere vet, during the pandemic, for just such an emerg. Their Sat. hrs. were 8am-1230pm but it was dark bet. 8am-10am. We saw 6 cars at the annex bld, knocked on the glassdoor, a male waved for us to wait, turned sideways, cont. on his call, not mindful enough to call another staffer, & we waited til 10am. They kept us waiting fm 8am-10am. We were the only customer car in the lot & all lites were off. We finally called Countryside, left, & took the hr. drive down the 429 to I4. Countryside: We wiped our well groomed little girl, dressed her in her lovely yellow floral dress, laid her on her fuchsia ladybug blanket, rolled her yellow blankie under her head, & placed her in her cozy bed. He had his hands around her throat as he was pinning her head down. She was tortured to death instead of peacefully leaving this earth. If you want your pet last minutes of life to be tortured go there. The guy who thinks he is a nurse at a vet specializes in torturing your pet.

Period. 2) We went to get the cats and my babes were lying on the throws I brought in, which were soaked with what seemed like a mixture of pee and water, AND several feces were smeared on the throws. 3) I brought exactly how much food they would eat in 12 days with notes on how much to feed them. I got almost half of it back! My youngest, 3 years, felt super skinny when I picked him up. 4) The cats were each to get nail trims. Xandra said she could only do two. Get a helper, maybe? 5) I brought the kennel a bag of litter. They said to if I wanted the cats to have what they're used to. The bag lasts a week at home. The cats were boarded 12 days and I got about 2/3 of it back. 6) Xandra started to collect money even though I had paid in full when I dropped them off. Then she texted me a receipt (which included only 3 cats) for a lesser amount than I originally paid. (I got a receipt when I paid.) ... A fiasco from beginning to end. My Cody had been on previous classes with a different trainer but there were lots of basics that were not mastered at all. The dog would barely listen which is the most important and most basic skill you'd need. She took him in and patiently but determinedly worked on him from the basics all the way to an obedient dog. Our dog had excessive car anxiety and over-reactiveness towards other dogs and she managed to work extensively on these issues in addition to all the basic and advanced obedience commands that a dog should possess. She even developed a plan to get him to a service dog level and the outcome has been amazing. Her approach of taking the dog in, training the dog herself for a period of time, then delivering the dog and continuing on an ongoing basis with the dog's owner is brilliant as the dog needs to not only learn all she teaches but also learn to follow the same discipline from the dog's owner. That's precisely the reason for transferring over the dog back to it's owner at a certain point. Once the dog is transferred over back to its owner, she continues to deliver lessons on a recurring basis both with and without the dog's owner and she very thoughtfully accommodates to the owner's schedule and specific needs/concerns.
