Debated my instructions on use of front door as opposed to garage entrance, seemed miffed that my vehicle would be in garage. Seemed disgruntled with gate access in case of power outage, in lieu of garage entrance. Instructions for feeding: informed me that the request for 3 plates of food in kitchen and 3 plates of food on porch: she was getting in and out. *my neighbor went in on day 5 and confirmed no food in kitchen, just on porch. My cats (3) were not getting enough food. Spoke to Cathy and requested again, 3 plates of food in kitchen and on porch. I was gone 2 weeks: placemat in kitchen, never changed, I left 5 clean placemats. Bag of dirty paper plates left in kitchen. Mosquito larva in toilet next to litter box (why wasn't it flushed). Neighbor confirmed 730am visits, yay. She was very thorough with obtaining emergency local contacts, but I feel that Cathy did what Cathy wanted, regardless of my reasonable requests.

My two cats were traumatized. It took over 1/2 an hour to get them to come out. Their food and water dishes were not refilled and he left dirty cat food cans on the counter.
