They then state that the business needs to use services provided by companies like Yext/Synup/Advise Local to having a listing corrected. We explained the situation, and one employee took down my name and number and directed us to a workstation. Within three to four minutes of waiting, a super friendly female store employee approached us. We explained the issue with the phone, and she immediately started working on my daughter's phone. Ten minutes later, the phone issue was resolved. We thanked several store employees for the great service and timely work, and then we left.
