In the last 2 years, they have had a lot of staffing issues, details go overlooked, and questions not given the time they deserve. They are the most expensive clinic in the area and still find a way to nickle and dime pet owners. The staff do not really seem to care about client concerns, you can hear it in someones voice when that person cares. All they want to do is make excuses. I will be moving on, I would encourage others to do the same.

We had our cat there yesterday for teeth cleaning under anesthesia. Great pre op instructions & post op/pick up same day. Nicole called me this afternoon to check in on Frances. Highly recommend. Facilities aren't fancy but they work fine! Staff is wonderful, from front desk to techs and all vets there. Highly recommend. Not inexpensive but they work with you. High prices everywhere, just not here.

Dr. Stollar figured out lu had pyometra without any ultrasounds or xrays. He ​didn't want to sedate her for an xray there in case it was what he thought it was, since they are not set up for emergency surgery. He gave us a list of surgery hospitals. We took her to one on the list and thru them his diagnosis was confirmed. We were able to get her emergency surgery and she is now home in recovery. The only recommendations I have is when you unfortunately have to say goodbye to your pet there should be a special room to do it in. Not the regular office visit room, and it would be helpful to have some type of back door exit to the business. So if you have to say your final goodbyes to your pet you do not have to leave walking out through the waiting area in front of other people and their pets. And if you choose to bring your pets remains home with you to give them a proper burial, they are also brought out through the waiting area in front of other customers.

My dog is towards the end of life and not what i expected from them. Some (not all) of the girls at the desk are rude and dont care about the animals just a paycheck and apparently the vets dont check messages. I really didn't want to change but they left me no choice. If your pet is close to end if life be careful. Very disappointed

I reached out them to inform them of the situation, then they went out of their way to call my spouse to say I was rude!? Unreal, would never recommend this place. My vet was not cooperative and I seemed to have to justify the decision to put my cat down to her when she could not give me options for treatment or even a diagnosis. Frustrated, I called Lap of Love. They were such a relief. The first time I called the woman who answered was very kind and compassionate. But I chickened out and didn't actually make an appointment. My cat then had a scary incident that made me convinced that I had to do this and I called back. The man who answered was great and got me an appointment within 3 days. I didn't have to justify the decision. I didn't have to get records and PROVE I had a basis for the decision. They did ask for the cat's vet but I am unsure if they called them. I am a little different and I did not want to be around during the procedure. My cat is not the type to be comforted by me. I worried that might be a problem. But it wasn't. The doctor called me before the appointment and told me she was coming and she was on time (very important when you have spent three days just trying to keep your nerve) and kind. I was allowed to step out of my home (I had worried she might tell me I couldn't do that due to liability issues of leaving her alone in the house) and she came and got me when done. She left me a paw print cast of my cat and a locke of hair. Thank god for this service. No one wants to do this but it was a relief not to have to fight for the service when you are using all your strength and backbone to make the decision in the first place.
