The doctors didn't give up--they kept researching until they had identified the problem and developed and adequate treatment program. The office staff and vet techs are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It is easy to get an appointment here--and I can usually get squeezed in the same day if the issue is urgent. I never feel rushed when I'm there for an appointment or when I call with a question. The doctors take time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and explain everything in a manner that makes sense. Lastly, the price for their services is incredibly reasonable. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else!

Dumbfounded by the bad reviews. I have done business with Lambert for almost 4 years and have NEVER…read moreonce had an issue with getting someone on the phone, getting a generic box, an incorrect or delayed order. I think some people just get impatient. This is a small company and they do business nationwide. They are always very responsive, never waited for than a day for an email or call back. I'm actually here to post a review for a recent issue out of their control where the USPS said my package was delivered and I never received it. Not only did Lambert get the whole situation sorted out in just a couple of hours, but did so in a way that was stress-free for me. I am so pleased with how they managed the situation and how kind they were and the urgency with which they treated the situation knowing that it was medication. Great company and great staff!!

I called Lambert twice Monday afternoon but had to leave messages to cancel my order. I emailed them twice that afternoon to cancel the order as well! Read ALL the instructions and practiced first to make sure I was not too close to the quick. When it showed green, I clipped. And there was blood EVERYWHERE!!! Had to take my dog to the vet to get it stopped. Contacted the company by phone and representative told me it could take 6 to 8 weeks to resolve and they would "email" me instructions about how to process return. There's been ABSOLUTELY NOTHING sent to my email so we've gone ahead and taken care of this with our credit card company. Not only was my dog injured but the representative on the phone didn't seem to care at all nor was she in any hurry to help me. Rest assured that we're NOT paying for this piece of crap. I guess I'll just hang onto it for now and if I don't hear from them, I'll throw it away. I will NEVER use this company again and will tell anyone I know the same thing. Terrible product and customer service. MY RECOMMENDATION IS NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

They also would not refund or allow a return. They are a complete rip off and do poor business. I do much business in the pet breeding realm and this is the worst I've experienced from a company. Be very cautious buying from them. Especially with anything that has a expiration date. Completely unacceptable.
