And I had to take the day off of work because they wanted her picked up at 3:30. I told them that didn't work for me to reschedule for the next day. They ended up getting her in that day and doing the surgery but I wasn't allowed to pick her up until the next evening. When I dropped her off, the vet met me outside and had me fill out a paper with all the information about the cat that should have already been in the computer. I wasn't allowed inside. When I picked her up the next day it was the same thing, I wasn't allowed inside. The vet brought her out. She smelled horrible. Literally like death. I had to drive with my windows down the whole way home. Also I had to give my card to the vet and she took it inside and charged my card. She said she would email me a copy of the receipt with all the information. I have requested a copy 5 times in the last month and have been ignored everytime. My cat ended up getting very sick after the surgery. I called multiple times and they kept telling me that it was normal and she would be ok after a day. I ended up takikg her off the pain meds they gave her and that fixed the problem. They didnt offer any other option so she just had to deal with the pain. I would say for anyone thinking about going here to stay away. Pay a little more and take your animal to a better vet. I wish I would have

He was a great vet, running that practice for something like 50 years, no retired. I have had nothing but great experiences with the Clinic. Several dogs, several aging, no bad experiences and always ready to help quickly and thoroughly. Both with the previous vet and the current two (husband an wife) veterinarians. We started there because I live in Lincoln, hate the big town vet scenario with very high costs, large town vet "flavor" and very long waits for an appointment, regardless of the problems. Yes it is a 30 to 40 minute drive from Lincoln, but the traffic is never congested on that road and if you think about it, it is not that much more time than it takes to get across Lincoln these days.

He also was selling this horse for one of his clients, and sold the horse for double what he told the previous owner it sold for. In the end, he made $4000 off the horse instead of the $400 he told the owner he would take as a finder's fee. We have tried to work with him to find a mutual solution, but he is not responding to our phone calls. I am hoping I can update with a more positive rating, but as of now we have had a poor experience.
