Unless you absolutely must go here I would avoid this veterinary clinic at all costs. The receptionists are VERY rude and seem to put themselves above their station one in particular is dreadful, I won't name names but she holds the puppy classes and has a serious attitude problem, despite not actually having a clue what she is talking about. Coupled with the appalling front of house staff are the vets themselves who equally don't appear to understand what they are doing, particularly relating to bedside manner. On a recent visit here my male dog wet himself because he was so afraid of the place and I know this because he was always fine until the prior visit when one of the vets administered an injection with such force (twice because she thought she had done it wrong the first time, when she hadn't. She just didn't know what she was doing) that it drew blood and he screamed! No apology was given, no attempt to calm him down or approach him at his level, avoiding eye contact and so forth. TERRIBLE.
I could go on and on but quite frankly I have wasted enough of my time in this place trying to work through these problems, but to no avail. Like I said, don't waste your time. read more
