This is not a review on this firm's work. I have worked with them before as you can see by my…read moreprevious reviews and they do good work. And generally any issues they address. This relates to what comes across as current communication issues. And if I come to Yelp and highlight the good, it is only fair to also highlight when an experience with a company... is not good. I do not have a problem with a business being busy. That is a good problem for a business to have. My issue comes, when instead of saying you are busy, the business continually makes appts or followups they do not keep. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others. And it is preferable to over-promising and under-delivering. Will not belabor the point, that is my most recent experience. And hopefully this review saves you... time. Thanks.

Trying to get in touch with other landscapers became a waking nightmare. C&C came out on short notice and quoted me for a fantastic price for how much work needed done -- and beyond that, did such a fantastic job I'm considering hiring them for regular lawn maintenance. They even trimmed the English ivy and wild grapes on the back fence, removed a junkyard's worth of debris and grumos, and made it so the back gate can finally open at least part of the way. Five out of five stars.

Great and reliable roofing company with friendly staff who are knowledgeable and helpful. You can…read moreeasily tell that they are a family friendly and trustworthy company by their interactions from the moment you call. They are punctual and they have great customer support/service. Once they were up in the attic, they easily identified the issue and were able to provide a solution to the problem. Never once did they try to upsell or convince me that I needed more pricey repairs. Brenden clearly explained the problem and the fix prior to doing the work. He was very professional and knowledgeable. It is beyond refreshing to have such a great experience with a home repair. It is so comforting having a reliable and honest company that truly cares about the customer, as well as their quality of work. When I need a new roof or any other roof repair, ALP will be my choice!

I had an older roof and was damaged from a hail storm last May. He handled everything with the insurance company. We had a new roof installed by them, and then we decided to replace our siding which was faded after 68 years. We now have a "new" house thanks to ALP. I can't emphasize enough the quality work, supplies, and workers that did the work. You just simply can't go wrong with them. Here are some before and after pictures.

This was an interesting experience, to say the least. Ms. Yesenia showed up a few days before,…read morequite promptly, and gave my mother and I an estimate that we were fine with for our move-out cleaning. Our cleaning was schedule for Sunday, June 14thm at 8:30am and she showed up nearly 9:44am after having contacted her about 3-4 times and eventually getting through. This would've been fine as long as there was communication, but there wasn't. Personally, I was already on the road travelling to a different state however my mother was there by herself who had a flight to catch later that evening. We even offered her our furniture for free (two love-seats, coffee table, lamp and a small dining table) as we weren't able to take them with us as a courtesy. She brought moving people with her to take the furniture and even though they were continually instructed to not touch certain items in the house, they still tried to take those with them, causing confusiong by trying to mix them up with the garbage to be taken out. Again, my mother insisted many times for them not too touch items, some of them STILL tried to take them and acted as if they didn't understand even though there was a younger girl who translated for them just fine. This seems like they truly tried to take advantage of my mother and that is something I won't stand for. During the cleaning they even asked my mother for garbage bags; why would we hire a cleaning crew if we were able to do this on our own? You'd think they would show up prepared? I also had trouble getting the receipt from her as it is required from my landlord. It was not until over 24 hours later, from me continually messaging Ms. Yesenia, that I received receipt of services. After all of this, I am still giving her two stars because she showed up on-time the first day and the cleaning was good. This may not be your experience (I hope not) and I wish Ms. Yesenia good luck with her business but I had to share my experience. Choose wisely.

They were the lowest bid but the red flag should have came when I felt I could smell alcohol on Bob. Maybe it was mouthwash... at 1st the communication was great but once the job was completed but my leak was still not fixed I became a second thought, there was always another job. The owner TJ was actually helpful and professional he did get someone out right away but sadly the leak took 3 more attempts to repair. This went on for over a month... My bill was $1200 but if the repair couldn't be fixed after the 1st attempt $400 would go to a new contract for a full roof replacement of around $8000. I would have been a fool to sign a new contract. Sadly a crew was dispatched a 4th time and thank God one of my security cameras saw their 25ft ladder fall and damage my wife's car. It was like pulling teeth to get my roof fixed and the insurance information to file a claim. One of the supervisors Ricardo came out and he was very apologetic and not only did he repair my roof he produced the information needed for my claim. We need our small and local businesses to succeed and hopefully they will but when it came to my experience with Bob there was no consistency or any level of comfort. As hard working paying customers people deserve more, therefore I would not recommend Aero or use them once I need a roof replacement. Maybe you'll have better luck but your research
