The $26 bison burger was extremely overcooked, dry, and flavorless. For that price, I expected something significantly better. The Swiss mushroom burger was equally disappointing, overcooked, bland, and completely lacking in flavor. The curly fries oddly tasted like pickle juice, while the potato salad had an overpowering vinegar taste. Service was mediocre at best, and nothing about the dining experience made up for the poor food quality. The restaurant has a cool atmosphere and a fun historic vibe, which is the only reason I'm giving it two stars instead of one. Unfortunately, the food was awful, especially considering the prices.
