I gave them a printout showing what was wrong with my vehicle from another auto shop (whom I should have used). In that printout were my struts needing to be replaced, me not knowing it wasn't included in the replacement of the upper/lower arms and ball joints supposedly. I thought all of this was a component of the work I needed done; however, it was not. I've never heard a popping sound in my wheel joint when I turn until after they worked on my vehicle. I took my truck back to them twice and what do I get??? Another list of things that's wrong with my truck, on top of other things they said were wrong when I originally got it fixed (why didn't you see all of this when you supposedly diagnosed my truck the first time), mind they took me for almost $7k and my truck rides rougher than it did before I took it to them. I am on a budget, so this almost $7k has put me in a bad place, now I've got to struggle to pay this off and my truck is not even fixed properly or at all, so I can't even purchase another vehicle being I financed these repairs. I wish I had never gone to this place, and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. As one reviewer stated they are good at finding anything else that's slightly wrong. I even wrote to them explaining how I felt and I don't normally do that, I don't even like to complain or even write negative reviews, but for some $7k may not be a lot, but to me it is when you were trying to just repair what you have and keep from getting into vehicle debt, trying to use wisdom, but wisdom didn't serve me wise this time.

I paid $750 for this job and now my car appears to not even be road worthy. I returned to the shop to have these issues corrected and Meineke tried to stiff me for another $761. I refused to pay and pulled my car from service. Now my car is damaged and I'm out of $750 plus over $80 in transportation fees back and forth. This was the worse decision that I have ever made in my entire life.

I booked the Headlight service as I purchased my headlights on my own. Upon arrival at the location today I was greeted by Matthew who while checking me in noticed I had my headlights with me. He looked to the guy to the left and inquired if that was allowed on which I was advised by Spencer that they no longer install outside headlights and they have to be purchased through them. I asked if this was new as I have purchased my own for install previously and was advised it's been in place for about a year and a half to two years. As a consumer I would think something this specific would be advised during the booking of the service itself. As such, the fact that the app made no mention of this perplexes me. Now, I am on site at the location, I have purchased my headlights, and am in a place of do I leave and have a headlight out or pay the absorbent fees as I am forced to utilize the shop materials opposed to only paying for labor. Thennnnnnnn... I needed a tire replaced. The total was OVER $100, however, the $20 off coupon offered via CFNA (the Tires Plus Credit Card provider) wasn't applicable. Ughhhhhhhhh. Spencer (possibly the manager) explained that the coupon is for "SERVICE" ONLY. This means that the Labor/Service cost has to be over $100 for the coupon to apply. As you can see from the image, the coupon doesn't detail this separation. I'll be honest, I don't think today was my day for accuracy with the Tires Plus brand. ‍ I appreciate Spencer for the information he has been able to provide. I just wish the app was straight forward and spoke the same language as the shops, at least from the perspective of service deliverables. On a good note, the customer service provided by Matthew was stellar. However, even with the stellar service, as a consumer, I am baffled by the lack of advisory provided via the app during my booking process.

The lack of transparency was frustrating, especially considering there was nothing about the service that justified the price. More importantly, one of the employees (initials JNH) made a personal and judgmental comment to me, saying I "don't look like a Christian" and "don't look like I'm from Tennessee." This was completely inappropriate and made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer. Between the pricing inconsistency and the unprofessional behavior, I left feeling belittled and not valued. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses both customer service and how employees speak to clients.
