Christian Brothers by far is the ONLY shop or team of mechanics I trust to work on my vehicles…read more I've been a long time customer since my very first car and I'm always happy with the service and price. Will soon be relocating for work and found out they have two locations where I'm moving which makes it 10x better for me! Check them out!

I normally look at reviews before I actually do anything. However, I went by what people said and…read moretrusting what was told to me by "Christian" Brothers. I gave them a printout showing what was wrong with my vehicle from another auto shop (whom I should have used). In that printout were my struts needing to be replaced, me not knowing it wasn't included in the replacement of the upper/lower arms and ball joints supposedly. I thought all of this was a component of the work I needed done; however, it was not. I've never heard a popping sound in my wheel joint when I turn until after they worked on my vehicle. I took my truck back to them twice and what do I get??? Another list of things that's wrong with my truck, on top of other things they said were wrong when I originally got it fixed (why didn't you see all of this when you supposedly diagnosed my truck the first time), mind they took me for almost $7k and my truck rides rougher than it did before I took it to them. I am on a budget, so this almost $7k has put me in a bad place, now I've got to struggle to pay this off and my truck is not even fixed properly or at all, so I can't even purchase another vehicle being I financed these repairs. I wish I had never gone to this place, and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. As one reviewer stated they are good at finding anything else that's slightly wrong. I even wrote to them explaining how I felt and I don't normally do that, I don't even like to complain or even write negative reviews, but for some $7k may not be a lot, but to me it is when you were trying to just repair what you have and keep from getting into vehicle debt, trying to use wisdom, but wisdom didn't serve me wise this time.

This group of guys are just the guys you want to be working on your car. They are knowledgeable,…read morefriendly, and fair. You can tell they not only have 'official training' and all the toys to do a great job on figuring out what is wrong and repairing your car, they have the thing that is harder to measure but much more valuable - experience. They have worked on new cars, old cars, red cars and yellow cars... little humor there. My air condition suddenly stopped working. I was fearful of a big bill. They started with the basics, checking freeon, it was low... so does that mean a leak? Instead of charging me to do all the tests and colored ink to find a leak, they did the simple blow and pressure test, and refilled with freon. So my total was under $200, on what could have been $500 at another garage that was all about testing and labor and driving the invoice up. A week or so later, I started hearing a sound with the air and took it back in. They hooked it up to a machine and did the dye test and refilled with freon again. No charge... 'let's see if it leaks again, if it does, we'll know where". So far so good. I just thought what a great group of regular guys you can trust.

These guys are great. Let me just start off with: They do phenomenal work at very reasonable rates,…read morethey're generous with their time and take responsibility for their work. They are 100% no nonsense. As a walking stereotype of a victim (young/single/female) I am always on the defensive in auto shops, but I've worked a lot on cars from changing a distributor to tearing apart the entire front end of a jeep, so I know nonsense when I hear it. Also, as I have a foreign car, I am particular about who I let work on it (as not all mechanics are familiar enough to do the work efficiently/correctly). These guys completely negate the stereotypical notions of auto shops. They weren't excessively friendly, meanwhile trying to swindle you out of every penny, they were direct, and honest. I like that from a auto repair shop. As long as I am in the ATL area, they will be my go to. One last comment: another review mentioned the state of their establishment as being unsatisfactory. But I appreciate that it is not a posh establishment. If it were, the customer would, in turn, pay for it. They spend money where it counts. Quality mechanics, tools, and parts.
