We met with Dr. Relief (I swear, that's their name) and they were so friendly and understanding. I'm actually looking forward to taking Charlie back in a month (booster shots). Charlie, probably not so much. LOL Very open, welcoming and extremely clean reception and rooms. As Charlie is now officially a senior dog, I opted for their basic care package that allows unlimited exams and 10% off services. After only one visit, I've already saved half of what it cost me annually. Very much worth looking into. Once I found out that one of the best veterinarians that I had ever had to take care of my pets is a client of this vet hospital now that just sealed the deal for me. I brought my dog in to see Dr. Hannah because He's prone to getting cornea ulcers when he wrestles with my other dog because unfortunately, my other dog has a habit of putting his paws on his face which scratches his eye. Not only was she very thorough with his exam for his eye, she also checked him out for everything that you could imagine and had a comprehensive conversation with me about allergies with my dog and confirm things that other veterinarians had not. She was also very positive and praised me for the care that I give my pet, which is something that I don't know that I've ever heard from any other veterinarian and I'm not a young person! It feels really good when you go see a professional and they tell you that you're doing a great job with your fur baby! Everyone in the office had a huge smile on their face and they all have such a positive energy that the whole office just feels so welcoming and I have to commend each of them for that! They are all beyond compassionate, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. Dr. Waltman always takes the time to explain in detail answers to my questions and concerns. This is true of all the vets. All of them have assisted in the care of my puppy who has faced challenges way beyond his years both medically and behaviorally. Not only is the veterinarian staff highly competent, warm and helpful, but the same is true of the entire staff. Katie has helped oversee needs of this puppy and my dog that sadly passed away. Halle has gone the extra mile to help with my insurance and any other needs. I took my cat to 4 different vets and they didn't know what was going on, I did bloodwork, xray , tested for valley fever , tested for virus , all came back good. I spend about $1,600 within 1 year or so on my cat, I don't know why the another gets kept giving him antibiotics and inflammation medicine when it was not working , I'm glad this doctor tried something different and helped my cats paw. I called legacy telling them we're looking for a new vet for all our animals and that I had some questions. After 25 minutes and the patience of a Saint, Sam answered everything. She didn't speak poorly of any other Vets around, literally answered over 20 questions with detailed answers. Pricing is incredibly fair! We have a diabetic dog that has cost us $1200 every 5 weeks with no real answers. Sam shared an incredibly detailed and easy way to monitor his blood so we really knew what he needed. Instead of what we have been doing for the last few months, which was "here's what we got in the two hours he's here. Try this." Over the last five months, at the tune of over $5000 my dog has gone blind, is not appearing to be any better at the other veterinary hospital. Sam, you're incredible and I'm so glad we found another veterinary home that loves our animals first, and doesn't gouge but asks fair prices.

I recently made an appointment for my dog (Nala). I explained to the receptionist that I had…read morerecently taken over ownership of my dog because my son had deployed to Saudi Arabia and had not left any paperwork regarding Nala, so i wanted to start over with her vaccinations and wellness care. I made my appointment and was given a paper with what vaccinations she would receive and the price. On the day of my appointment the technician quoted me a different price which was higher. I agreed and told them to proceed. When Nala was returned I noticed that her nails were not clipped. I told the technician that part of the quote I was given included Nala's nailed clipped. I informed him that it was written in the quote I was initially given and an additional $35 goes over $60 that I was quoted. The technician became argumentative and stated in front of my wife that he knows what he wrote down and that he had not written nail clips in the quote. I asked to see the Vet and was informed that if I wanted to see the supervisor i could come in on Monday. I left very unsatisfied and felt that I had been scammed. Monday I received a text whom I suspect was the supervisor and explained my concern. The response was that I signed the agreement on the day of the appointment and could not understand my concern. I attempted to explain to her that what was initially quoted was much higher than what it came to be on the day of the appointment. Furthermore, that the technician had become very argumentative and blatantly disputed what I was telling him on what had been quoted when I made my appointment. He stated he knew what he wrote and what I was saying he wrote was not true. I sent a picture to the person that text me and showed what was on the sheet given to me. I received not response. I then asked if this was acceptable behavior from the employees there and received no response. My last request was to get the name of the owner or in charge and still not response.
