Recently moved here from Las Vegas and needed to get updated vaccines so I could license my dog in AZ. I previously had a wonderful experience taking a puppy in for their 10 week vaccines, so I knew this is where I wanted to bring my Charlie. She is a nervous pit mix, so she's often misunderstood. The entire staff was so wonderful with her and Charlie didn't even notice when she got her shot. They even clipped her nails for me! Slight extra charge but very much worth it. We met with Dr. Relief (I swear, that's their name) and they were so friendly and understanding. I'm actually looking forward to taking Charlie back in a month (booster shots). Charlie, probably not so much. LOL Very open, welcoming and extremely clean reception and rooms. As Charlie is now officially a senior dog, I opted for their basic care package that allows unlimited exams and 10% off services. After only one visit, I've already saved half of what it cost me annually. Very much worth looking into. They also have a great referral program and my dad is going to be bringing his 2 dogs in for appointments. read more

Such great service! Squeezed me in for a quick screwworm exam. From the border I was turned away from entering Mexico without the screwworm exam usda certificate. This amazing place of human beings allowed us to squeeze in, obtain the certificate exam and save the day. Super heroes work here. Such great staff. read more

We brought our new fur baby Stella here for a wellness visit after adopting her & to get her checked on for her healing after being spayed. We picked this particular location because of the fact that they're open on Sunday's... yes you read that correctly!! From the moment we stepped in the door we were loving it, it's all very new & modern plus extremely clean! The tech seen us immediately once entering the exam room & she was as sweet as could be. They did some blood work on Stella & shortly after Dr. Rachel Tilley entered & she was as sweet & thorough as the vet tech. The Dr let us know that Stella is overdue for a dental exam & cleaning, not cheap but we'll save 20% from the premium vet package that we got for Stella. It's roughly $750 a year for unlimited visits plus certain vaccines & blood work all inclusive, then on top of that a nice 10% or 20% off certain procedures! If you stack all that on top of your pet having health insurance then you'll definitely be saving money! Love this concept & we're never looking back @ a traditional veterinary clinic plus as a bonus there's a complimentary coffee station for while you're waiting! read more

I booked an appointment online for my dog, who was acutely ill, and received a confirmation that the appointment was scheduled. I loaded my sick dog into the car in over 100-degree heat and drove to the clinic, only to be told upon arrival that I should never have been given the appointment because they were already overbooked and the veterinarian was too busy. I asked the receptionist if he would please speak with the veterinarian and explain that my dog was critically ill, that the clinic had confirmed our appointment, and that we had made the trip in extreme heat. He returned and told me the veterinarian would not even come out to briefly assess my dog because they were too busy. This experience was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, unprofessional. If your online scheduling system allows appointments that your clinic has no intention of honoring, that is a serious systems failure. At a minimum, I would have expected someone to take responsibility, apologize, and have the veterinarian briefly evaluate whether my dog needed immediate care or referral elsewhere. Instead, there was no accountability, no compassion, and no attempt to help. The online scheduling process and communication need significant improvement. I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience. read more

The entire staff is kind, patient and courteous. They are wonderful with our pups and glad we found them.

I'll try this again. I submitted a review last week. Someone responded back and told me "they don't have a vet there by that name". I called and confirmed who I saw and "yes they do". My review has mysteriously disappeared. I have taken my dogs to this location and the previous vet I worked with was great. I took my cat in on 12/8 for something going on with her fur. Vet tech was very nice. The vet NICOLE SPAGNANO (probably spelled it wrong) IS the vet we saw. Her "bedside manner" was very rude. She talked over me when I tried sharing any information with her that may or may not have been pertinent. First thing she does is request blood work. So $372 later, she said I'd hear back in 24-48 hours. (They never called. My husband called them Friday. The person who answer said she couldn't get into the system and someone would call us back. No one called.) Then she started making ridiculous suggestions as if my cat had suddenly experienced new living conditions. So to date, I paid them nearly $400 for absolutely nothing. I never received the receipt I requested so I could see what I paid for. I called today to confirm who I saw and advised the guy who answered that I was unhappy with her and her services and that no one ever called me back. He apologized but still..no one has called me back. This place nickel and dimed me on this visit. I don't know anyone that has an extra $400 lying around. Again, I still have no idea what the test results are. So whoever responds to these reviews, maybe check your employee roster before responding back and trying to avoid taking responsibility. read more

GoodVets took such good care of our Sadie girl! They asked so many great questions and answered all of our questions. They didn't try to trick us into any unnecessary tests or hike up our bill but made sure to give us honest suggestions and options to care for our sweet girl and get her the care she needs. We are definitely going to use GoodVets for all of our needs for our Sadie girl and will suggest them to our other friends who are looking for a primary care facility in the area. Also just to mention, the facility is so modern and beautiful! They even have a coffee/water bar for the hoomans! read more

Never again! I normally always take my lab to her vet appointments but my husband was home and I didn't feel like taking her so I asked him to take her. She gets ear infections frequently. So it wasn't a big deal but needed some meds. NEVER have I ever had a test ran to give her medicine. They always look in her ear and determine she has an ear infection and prescribe ear drops. And we are on our way. This was such a scam and paid an extra $75 for this test on top of the visit fee and drops. This test was absolutely pointless and a scam to get more money. I won't ever take her to this vet again! Very disappointed. And on top of that they tried to schedule a follow up appointment which is absolutely NOT necessary to pay another fee to tell me yes the drops worked. What a joke! If you wanna waste your money on unnecessary tests then by all means go to this vet. read more

I met with Dr. Fletcher and her tech JoAnna at the Buckeye AZ location and they were just wonderful!! Affable, caring, professional, patient and kind. I have a tripod I adopted and I had a lot of questions about everything! They were both so informative and gave me advice and listened to me and above all...they didn't rush me. They gave recommendations on food and supplements and treats and toys and daily care etc... I cannot say enough about this team! The office is beautiful, modern, sparkling clean they even had a cat tree for my kitty to climb and a scratching post as well in the exam room. The reception staff was welcoming, warm, and personable! Best hands down Vet Clinic I have ever been to in my 40 years of pet ownership!!! read more

We established care with Dr. Fletcher for our two boys, a 9 y/o Boxer and a 2 y/o Morkie and were very impressed by our first visit! From front office, to the tech to Dr. Fletcher, everyone was very kind and welcoming. The office is very nice and comfortable. Dr. Fletcher was extremely patient with our boxer who can be a little skittish and as we talked through a few of our concerns, she gave background into the questions she was asking to help us understand her recommendations. Overall, very impressed and thankful to have found a place with Veterinarians that take time to listen. read more

This was the best experience I've had at a vet for my 14 y/o kitty! All staff from was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The clinic is clean and beautifully decorated. I've taken my cat to plenty of clinics and none have been able to address the concerns I have with my cat's health. Dr Fletcher was able to do the most thorough exam she's had and gave me answers and options for her issues and health. I'm so thankful I was able to find this place. Def recommend! I will be bringing all my family pets here read more

Maybe don't advertise that walk ins are welcome if you don't honor that! It seems in this day and age if you are going to advertise on your website that walk ins are welcome just to be turned away is a little ridiculous. Remove that from your website you are not walk in friendly read more

It is so rare to find a vet's office who makes you feel like they love your pet as much as you do! That's what I feel I've found with Dr. Fletcher, Miranda, Jo and Julian. My pup, Chief was at the office all day yesterday for some testing and I've truly never felt more at ease leaving him at the vet! Their level of communication is always top notch, which is super important to me. Dr. Fletcher is extremely thorough and caring and I will be establishing care with her for my cats as well.
