I've had extensive years of care and experience with several network care chiropractic (NSA work) in addition to the founder of this technique and it was a real treat to experience Dr. Aidan for the first time. It felt like there was less doing "process" and just more efficient with an effortless integration. As soon as she had me connect to another strategy, an area of more resource, how easy my nervous system could rest in a place that felt efforted before. To have mastery, I believe that any practitioner or service provider continue to develop themselves, evolve and grow. And it truly shows through her guidance. If you want to receive an out of the box, impactful experiences and are ready to make some accelerated changes in your life, this is definitely a practice where magic and miracles are second nature. :) read more

Where to begin! Maybe just by simply saying the experience I've had with Dr. Aidan at Verve has been absolutely magical and life changing. I was introduced to network care by a close friend who knew it would benefit me - I overcame feelings of scarcity and had an amazing first session and consultation! I shortly after moved.... And while away revisited a lot of old patterns, I experienced a lot of compression and loss of direction... When praying for what to do I was shown Dr. Aidan's face and would hear her voice. 5 months go by and when I visited San Francisco again in June I made an agreement with myself to have two non negotiable appointments - WOW the shift was instant and very extreme! I suddenly felt new levels of safety in my body that I had never experienced before - old wounds and patterns began to melt away and I was experiencing life as a gift again! On my third appointment that month Verve allowed me to roll over what was already paid into one of the monthly packages!! I was called to visit as frequently as possible to catch my body up with my spirit. I thank God for Dr. Aidan and Marisol - and only about 30 entrainments in I feel completely unrecognizable from last year. My depression is gone, my body has more energy and mobility, my mind is clear and I'm more of a magnet to incredible opportunities. Those two nonnegotiable appointments allowed me to find value in myself and my growth Thank you so much read more

I first came to Verve in 2017. I wanted to connect to my truth. At the time I was completely run by external expectations. I felt wrong about everything. I spent 32 trying to fit. I had no idea there was another way. Verve showed me there was. I thought the way to do things was to first create a plan, then execute the plan, then live happily ever after. Why wasn't it working? I was trying SO hard. At Verve I learned that for me, taking a step, an imperfect start into the unknown allows for a plan to emerge. The plan may not include bullet points and spreadsheets but something always comes. The same cannot be said for sitting in isolation trying to map it all out, at least not for me. I learned that there's more than one way to move through the world. I began to question the source of my ideas about the right way to do things. Whose values and voice was I upholding? Was it mine, my parent's, Jesus's, white supremacy's, Bob's, Suzzie's? Verve called bullshit on should. "This shouldn't be happening..." I should be..." I believed it all so much until I got to Verve and began the process of unwinding all the messaging and getting to the truth. I've been in care with Aidan and Marisol consistently since 2018 because the work holds so much room for growth. I may come into the office focussed on a particular physical or emotional pain and as I move through it, another layer reveals itself. The depth and expanse of the work is boundless. Serendipitous events and a glowing recommendation brought me to Verve. Before my initial appointment, I did my usual due diligence before embarking on a new endeavor. I googled network spinal analysis. My seven years ago self thought it looked hella weird, fake even. But I was committed to attending my appointment and figured that would be it. But then... Aidan and Marisol... Wow. They are real AND magic. They are tears, tantrums, emotions AND soul, inspiration and brilliance. They met me in a way I had never been met. I felt seen maybe for the first time ever.. It was disarming. I liked it and it scared me. I felt like I could be weird, ugly, and late and still belong. I didn't need to change or go get something I didn't already have to belong. Verve, Marisol, and Aidan have absolutely changed my life. I care about embodying my authenticity instead of trying to fit. I need support on that path and they provide it. They hold me and they challenge me. Who they are and how they choose to move in the world soothes my soul and inspires me to live louder and shine brighter. Let this glowing recommendation get you in the door. The work, the people, and your desire to come alive will do the rest. read more

I love Dr. Aidan, Marisol and Verve Wellness Studio!! I came into their office about two and a half years ago now with severe back pain. I was re-injuring my lower back regularly at that time, generally about 3-4 times a year. I had been receiving ordinary chiropractic treatment (rarely) and also local (near the pain) acupuncture with electricity up until that time. But I had just moved into San Francisco a few months back and wanted to find a more local practitioner to treat me. I was looking for something that offered a more long-term solution that I had found with ordinary chiropractic or acupuncture. Something to truly help me heal my back and restore it to healthy long-term function, where I was far less at risk of regular reinjury. Well, network spinal analysis (chiropractic) is the ticket, I can tell you. My back used to be stiff all the time, with regular mild back pain every morning. Now it feels fluid and flexible and open, and much more able to handle strains, weights, and heavy use or sitting for long periods. I can still get back pain after such things, but my back no longer "throws itself out" due to those stresses. It knows now how to better integrate those stresses into my life. I am honestly not the perfect patient. Along with the "chiropractic" care (network spinal analysis offers gentle entrainments involving touch, breath, energy and movement, not the heavy-handed chiropractic adjustments) the process also involves training patients in the use of their breath to assist them in healing and integration. Two years in, I am still learning how to use breath better in these ways (no fault at all of Verve, it's me who hasn't taken the time and effort to practice more). That said, I now have a fluid, flexible back I can count on, and can put stress on without worrying that I am going to throw it out, leaving me flat on my back for days if not weeks. I haven't thrown it out in over a year, despite increasing my bodybuilding/weight training in the gym and now sitting in my home office chair for hours on end at times in the past year, and way more than I used to do. Thank you Verve, Dr. Aidan and Marisol for your incredible help and support. If you want long term health for you back, you cannot go wrong with Verve! read more

If you want to feel empowered in your body and your life again, Verve Wellness Studio is the place to go. I truly can't say enough good things about my experiences here. Initially coming here to obtain relief from shoulder pain, I have found it to be SO much more. I have learned so much about my body and how it has stored thought patterns and emotional patterns, and as a result, I've obtained greater connection between my mind, body, and spirit. I have had breakthrough after breakthrough here (those amazing "ah-ha" moments). Aidan and Peg are incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable and intuitive, and Marisol - well, she just rocks! I love these ladies. I could go on and on. But you really need to experience it yourself. Do it. Coming to Verve is one of the smartest decisions I have ever made. read more

A huge YES!!! For Verve!! This is truly a life changing form of chiropractic and wellness care and you MUST experience it yourself. I was referred to Dr. Aidan and Dr. Peg during a very difficult time in my life with massive anxiety and an debilitating fear about moving forward in life. I'm happy to report that after about 6 months at verve I was living boldly and courageously and 99% anxiety free!! They have helped me (and my body) reorganize how my nervous system operates, by optimizing and streamlining it. I literally feel in my body the deepest sense of peace I have ever felt, and I have the space to ADAPT and CHANGE to stressors, changes, and things that previously would have made me anxious and scared. Also, on a more traditional standpoint, I get way fewer headaches, I sleep better, my digestion has improved and I rarely feel the need to crack my back or neck. I used to CONSTANTLY hold a ton of tension in my neck and always try to pop it, and now, my spine feels flexible and spacious! Doesn't that sound amazing?! It is! This work ( and Dr. Aidan and Dr. Peg) is mind blowing and life changing!! read more

I've been going to Verve weekly for two years now and cannot even begin to express the gratitude I have for them. I've recommended friends to Verve and they've come because they've witnessed what a transformative experience it has been for me. They've come in total trust and faith, because this work is something you must experience for yourself- everyone has a different experience, but the common thread is that the work they do is truly life-changing. I was referred to Verve during a difficult time in my life. Knowing that I had somewhere to go each week where I felt loved, supported and seen was and is very profound. I don't know that I would have been able to make some of the life changes I've made if it weren't for the support of Marisol and Aidan (and Peg!) at Verve- it likely would have taken me many, many years (if at all) to get my nervous system to find enough safety to make those changes. Finding Aidan, Marisol and Verve Wellness Studio has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. read more

I cannot speak highly enough about the life-changing work of Dr. Aidan. I worked with her regularly a few years ago shortly after opening a new business. I would leave her office standing taller (my mid-back much happier) and feeling Much more optimistic about my business and my life. Later I worked with Dr. Peg as well and always felt better with her care. This summer, after not having been seen for a couple of years or so, I went in for one visit and had the great grace of the ability to look at my life through a different lens after this session. Dr. Aidan gave me homework, a very basic question to ask myself, that has helped me to be more true to myself ever since. Again I also felt my mid back open up and deeply relax but it is the mental shift for which I am most profoundly grateful. All three of them are loving dedicated people and they have a great gift to share. read more

I've really wanted to take the time to write a thoughtful review for Verve, even though it is difficult to put the experience of nearly ten months of work into words. Knowing nothing about network care, I originally ventured a visit here in an attempt to alleviate severe jaw pain. I continue to come in for entrainments regularly, long after that jaw pain has subsided because the work done during each session has somehow managed to strip raw larger patterns in my life and offer a possibility for change. I have been able to better learn how I can participate in my own healing, across the whole spectrum of physical and emotional pain. I have felt awed by the spark of empowerment that characterizes my life in a new way since I've begun this work. The sincerity and care of Dr. Aidan and Marisol contribute to form a powerful backbone for this place, as the work here begins with physical pain and very much transforms into a supportive and integrated way of healing. I feel more connected, in control, and authentic in my choices, work, and relationships through the powerful experiences of healing here. Giving Verve a chance was a more worthwhile choice than I could have predicted. I've referred some of my closest friends here for all kinds of healing and support. read more
