The best chiropractic providers in the Bay! I did 10 sessions of shockwave therapy at the Waterfront location to treat terrible ankle and hip pain due to an injury. The location is convenient with easy parking, the office space is clean and inviting with complimentary sparkling water which I love. I came weekly to see Brandon Fein DC who is super knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. He always listens to me carefully and addresses my concerns. He took the time to do my shockwave sessions and sometimes he'd add active release or adjustment when needed. I never felt rushed and think the treatment was very effective and helpful for healing and pain relief. He also gave me good advice for my recovery. Everyone I interacted with in the Waterfront office was friendly and upbeat including the front desk staff Jennie and some other providers I didn't get to work with. Supreet Shah DC is so awesome, he even gave me a pair of massage balls! :D I'll definitely stop by to say hi one of these days. Dr. Philip Reh works magic, I mean it. I've seen him for acupuncture only twice so far and even then it has made a world of difference for chronic pain and discomfort I've had long-term. The staff at the front are always friendly, offering water and in-house curated tea (it's delicious with lots of health benefits - makes you feel special as a patient). Dr. Brandon Fein has been fixing me up as good as he can for the past few years. I tell anyone who will listen that he's a miracle worker since he's able to get to the issue at hand, and make improvements almost instantly. I primarily go to him for Active Release Treatment, and although it's painful it does do the trick since our bodies are tight from the lack of regular movement in our lives. I've also begun getting massages there from Hugo, and he approaches it in an almost medical like setting where he sits down and talks to you about what's going on with your body before beginning the session. This is not a spa massage, but more of holistic medicine kind of massage. Great team to have as my body keeps getting pummeled by life and sports. After watching chiropractors cracking joints for a long time on YouTube I decided to check it out myself. I lived in the city and Truspine had available time for me to drop in to get aligned. I had an appointment for 2:00pm but ended up coming early around 1:30pm. I was greeted by the receptionist and waited only 5 minutes before Dr. Shah waived me in. It was my first time so I received a consultation that was about 15 minutes. The actual cracking and aligning took about 15 minutes. I was impressed because all the things that needed to be adjusted were done well and with precision. He was able to quickly deduct that my right leg had less flexibility than my left one. What was adjusted: Neck, shoulders, upper back, lower back, hips, and legs. No Y strap, but I wouldn't have done it even if It was offered. Not my cup of tea. After getting aligned for the first time, Dr. Shah was down to take a photo. We are both crack addicts (the cracking sounds of gas releasing from joints). He knows his stuff. 10/10 would crack again. I was having terrible tension headaches and migraines and nothing was working. A friend had recommended acupuncture and I knew that my insurance covered a number of acupuncture appointments so I used their system to look up a few places. I cross referenced every place I found on my insurance site with Yelp and Truspine had by far the best reviews so I decided to give them a call. Dr. Shah picked up and answered all of my questions about acupuncture, what to expect, how it worked and then quickly helped me make an appointment for that week. Hayley, the acupuncturist, is absolutely amazing! I started going twice a week and after a few sessions my headaches had gotten 100% better. I asked so many questions every session and she walked me through what she was doing and why she was doing it. After 4 months I've dropped down to once a month sessions and continue to go to help with other aches and pains and overall help with stress and relaxation. It's been fascinating to learn really how much our entire body is connected and working with Hayley has made such a positive impact on my life. Dr. Robert Pirritano is AMAZING! I suffered from frozen shoulder (in both shoulders). I made a lot of progress in traditional physical therapy with a wonderful therapist, but I just couldn't get that last little bit of range back in my external rotation. So I went in for several sessions of shockwave therapy, and after the very first session I made progress and continued to do so until I finally have my rotation range back. It has been life changing! I waited to review to see if the gains would last, and they have. I am forever indebted to Dr. Robert for helping get that last range of motion back. This review is for Dr. Supreet Shah, the chiropractor. I heard about his services through members at The Bay Club Company and came in to be knowledgable about my spine/ back/ body. Last year I had sciatica from the improper way of how I sit and stand. I honestly did not think it was a big deal but from then on was somewhat cautious of my posture. After coming to see Dr. Shah, I definitely feel better about taking care of my body especially my posture! He is able to relieve many tight spots on my lower and upper back. I also learned some great foam rolling exercises from Dr. Shah that help loosen my tight muscles in my legs and upper back. Dr. Shah is super friendly and knowledgable with his line of work. I have lived with chronic pain in my neck & surrounding area until recently the pain was so pervasive I could no longer cope. I had never done acupuncture before, but a friend recommended it. After reading the yelp reviews, I booked a session with Hayley. It was truly one of the best decisions I ever made. Hayley is extremely knowledgeable, and she creates an environment where I feel completely safe in trusting her to do what is right for my body. She is a fantastic listener and during our sessions she tells me what she is doing to me and why which I appreciate. After the 1st visit, I was walked out feeling like a different person. I couldn't believe that ~90% of my acute neck pain was gone...not there. In the following sessions, we continue to make progress towards the old injury & addressing issues such as digestion, inflammation, sleep, and circulation. We will be more than happy to send you some chiropractic referrals in our area." I did not ask for you to refer me to another chiropractor. I came to your practice and instead of providing customer service and being flexible you send me away to competitors! I certainly have to agree with what Dr. Shaw (the owner) stated to me on the phone about not having a line out the door with patients waiting to see your providers. How do you expect for people to line up at your door if you push people away before they even approach your door?! It does not make any business sense. Apart from being a healthcare provider, I also have a degree in Business/ Marketing, and from the business standpoint, I can also say that your business attitude is not conducive to bring more clients/ patients to your business. read more

Was struggling with back and neck discomfort and after reading reviews, decided to come here. I was able to get a same day appointment which at the time was greatly appreciated b/c I was expecting to feel some relief. Appointment was at 6. I got there a few minutes early, and waited in the lobby for someone to come out. We got started at 6:10. He hurriedly did an assessment. Tried to do an adjustment but couldn't. Put some kind of gel on it and rolled a small roller on it for 2 minutes and then tried to adjust it again. Not surprisingly, he still couldn't adjust it. Next thing I know, he comes back in and tells me he's leaving the gel on so it can continue to work and he will send me some exercises to do and I should make another appointment in the next couple of days so he can try again. I was in and out and had walked back to my car in about 17 minutes. He did tell me that the upside is that any follow up appointment would be $75 instead of the $150 I paid for my initial appointment which based on what the website states should have included "a thorough history, exam, review of findings and first treatment". I lived in Marin and saw and acupuncturist, chiropractor and masseuse off and on over the years. Since I moved to the city, I was trying to find someone closer. This appointment just felt rushed, generic and was a waste of money. I went to an acupuncturist three days later who put heat on my back, performed acupuncture and did an adjustment.
