I had no power and everything at home was a bit chaotic. I hate canceling appointments on the day of service because it just seems rude to me. However, I had no other choice in this situation. I called and spoke to an appointment desk representative who was kind, sympathetic, and understanding. The storm impacted so many people, and she was understanding. Rescheduling was hassle free. My new appointment date and time was set for today at 11 a.m. Well, I put the wrong time in my phone calendar thinking the new appointment was 12:30 p.m. (like my previous appointment). I showed up at noon! I was so embarrassed and felt badly. Tio, the representative, was so kind and understanding. I apologized profusely. He told me that they would fit me in. I told him I'm willing to wait as it's totally my fault for mixing up the appointment time. The waiting room is gorgeous and relaxing. I waited for less than 5 minutes! The technician, Tracyna (I hope I spelled her name correctly), greeted me with a warm smile and escorted me to the changing room. She was so kind, professional, patient, and understanding. I apologized to her, too. Tracyna was so gracious and welcoming! We chatted for a couple of minutes while she explained the procedures and answered questions. She has a wonderful sense of humor and sweet disposition. The procedure took about 20 minutes. I hugged Tracyna and thanked her for being a wonderful human being. I like her so much that when I'm in the building again, I'm going to stop by to say hello. Now, you know my story. I highly recommend Prime Medical Imaging. I am not sure how they can remedy this but they certainly need to. My last exam, I had a sticky note on the order with the doctor's name and fax number; however, the doctor never received it, though they said thy faxed it. I had the foresight to call the day before my appointment, to ensure the office had the results. They did not, and I had to have it re-sent to the office. The staff is kind, caring, and thorough, but there seems to be something not quite right about ensuring the results get where they need to. I would recommend a "follow-up" protocol be put into place.

When I returned to the desk, the lady asked for my doctors order. I told her that I did not have that but it should've been sent over by my insurance company. She stated she never received it. I, of course asked, how did you set the appointment and know what I need if you don't have my doctors order? Why would that even be acceptable? She had no answer and said she just didn't have it. I immediately got on the phone and called my insurance company so that they could start the process of sending it over via fax and email. While I was waiting at the counter, talking to my insurance company, the assistant at the counter asked, how was I paying? I explained that it was prepaid through my insurance company. She stated that she relayed to them the day prior that prepaid was unaccepted and that I could not present a prepaid virtual card, it would have to be a physical card to prove this payment. I explained that they don't give you a physical card...It's all done electronically and that this is been the process as far as I could remember. She continued to explain that she told my insurance company already. Why not me? I didn't receive a call to relay this info and since I'm the patient and had already paid, I should've been notified of this before driving to the location when my appointment was not approved per their policy. Also, it wasn't mentioned once I gave my name and was asked to fill out the paperwork while requesting that I removed my jewelry at the same time by this same person. So, the frustration was building as I'm waiting on the order to be sent and now I'm thinking about the compiling situation at hand. They don't have the doctors order, they're not accepting my prepaid payment and then she tells me that I'm over the appointment time and I'll have to reschedule... Are you kidding me? I am so upset and in pain, more disappointed in their service and the way they are handling this and treating me. The fact that I never received any personal correspondence from them and in pain at the same time is utterly ridiculous and it's obvious that they have a problem with communication, office staff, management and personal skills. African-American people may be an issue for them as well, as I saw a couple other red flags so be cognizant of these issues before scheduling with them because their handling of patients and insurance companies is very unacceptable. They don't care about the patient, just about their money it seems.

Went to one doctor who pushed for an MRI, and then never got back to me. Waited a few months and decided to head here (Pinnacle) and give them a go. Was in so much pain at the time that I couldn't even sit down without tears welling up. Standing at an always angle was my only relief. They saw this. They knew this. This visit occurred around spring time 2025 I went in, did the routine, signed a waiver to release my MRI to them, and got some blood work scheduled for a little later on. Left very hopeful and optimistic with how genuinely invested the doctor seemed to be in fixing me. Gave me a lot of info. I never heard back from Pinnacle. No follow up, no "hey we have your MRI results and this is what they show", no emails, no calls/voicemails, not even a letter. Nothing. Pinnacle ghosted me. The lack of follow up and being all around a caring and professional healthcare organization is not the reason for the single star rating however. The rating comes from the fact that nobody got back to me, yet I OWED THEM MONEY. I paid my copay, and thought that was it. Next thing I know, I have a collections agency calling me about a debt stemming from my visit here at pinnacle. Had absolutely no knowledge of it. And when I called, I got a woman with a nasty attitude basically telling me I'm an idiot because they always send out PAPER MAIL about money owed. So not only did I not get a letter at all, but in 2025, you can't CALL ME OR EMAIL ME WHEN YOU HAVE MY INFO?? This came at the perfect time too, because I was just recently laid off from work. So now my credit will take a hit because I NOW don't have the $300 I could've paid off months ago Nice place inside, but absolute trash. Would never recommend. Maher is the radiologist here, and a true professional. He instructed me not to wear any metal, which was nice because I didn't have to change into scrubs which is a pain. I diligently followed his instructions and had an uneventful procedure. When I walked to the counter to checkout, I overheard Maher telling another lady that her rings, jewelry, etc. had to come off. I had CO2 laser here in March 2025 and the care of service was terrible and the results are worse…read more I went in for my consult with Dr. Soleymani and described in great detail what I hoped to get out of the procedure/improvements to my face/skin. Dr. explained there was a very aggressive option and one that was milder. It was agreed upon by both of us that I would have the more aggressive procedure which I was totally fine with. They gave me several pages of instructions, what to expect from the procedure, aftercare and products I needed to purchase (not from them but from Target/Amazon, etc.) The Dr. made a point of saying they always call several times to check on the patient between the procedure and the follow-up appointment, he'd provide a cell number so I could reach out at anytime if I had issues between appointments, blah blah blah. I made the appointment for the extra AGGRESSIVE laser and was charged and paid in full for that procedure. I studied the instructions intently, stocked up on the required products, and eagerly awaited my appointment. Day of the nurse numbed up my face, the Dr. comes in and asks, "so what are we doing? We're not doing the full blown (something like that) CO2 are we? I don't think you need to go that deep...how much did you pay?" I'm thinking, 'are you KIDDING me??' 'How much did I pay?' For real? And now you aren't going to perform the procedure that was originally planned?? I protested and reminded him that yes indeed the full blown procedure was what "we" were doing, however, by this point my face was all numb and I had a numbing injection, not to mention a Valium (that they provided, I didn't just pop one in before I got there) that made speaking difficult and debating impossible. Long story short, I didn't receive the extreme, aggressive laser treatment (that I paid for). I never received a phone call or any communication from the office after the procedure between appointments, and the whole experience was so disappointing and frustrating. Never heard from them again. After several months of healing my skin looked worse than before I ever had the procedure and I ended up going to another dermatologist that prescribed Tretinoin and hydroquinone to help with the mess the laser left behind. Now 9 months later the topicals have made an improvement but my skin still looks worse than before the laser treatment. I wasted 3k and didn't even get what I originally paid for, it's so frustrating. I do want to mention I had fractional laser treatment about 14 years ago and the results were outstanding! My skin was gorgeous for a few years!! I thought the CO2 would be more appropriate this time around because I am that much older and felt, based on my research, would be better for my older skin. The Dr. did ask me at the end of the CO2 if I'd ever had micro needling (or whatever it's called) and that I should consider that. WHAT? You're advising me of this now??? This practice might be great for all other dermatological procedures, but I wouldn't use them for cosmetic procedures. Based on other reviews from patients that have addressed issues with this practice resulting in no resolve, I'm not going to bother trying to get mine. Rather, I'm going to write a letter of complaint to the state board just so it's on record and that's probably the best I can expect.
