I can't count how many compliments I received about the amazing atmosphere Lisa created for my 50th birthday. I came to her with three random ideas--Sally O'Malley, Miss Hannigan, and kitty cats--and she turned them into a playful, immersive wonderland. Guests walked the red carpet through velvet ropes like it was a NYC premiere, surrounded by pure joy. Every detail was spot-on: Miss Hannigan tending bar, kitty cats peeking around corners, and Sally O'Malley touches everywhere. Lisa even surprised me with Annie wigs, a camel, and the crowd favorite: glowing hula hoops. Every nook and cranny became a picture-perfect moment. She delivered everything exactly within my original quote, and her professionalism, creativity, and warmth made the whole process fun and stress-free. I'd hire her again in a heartbeat--even from 1,000 miles away. I nside Décor is pure magic.

When we met to go over decorations they had several options and were able to use those as a jumping point to add on or change from there. We didn't have a photo booth rented but they created one for us with a couch, and balloon arch with it. Perfection! While there I also found out that they do rentals on flowers! They had some bouquets out and we fell in love, they were perfect for our wedding!!! They decorated for my shower and my wedding/reception. 20 out of 10, I cannot recommend them enough! Call. Book. We used their design, floral, and day-of coordination services. The design service was amazing. They got to know us as a couple, got to know our vibe, and then created a tailored design plan that truly incorporated every element we wanted and some that we didn't even know were possible! They stayed within our budget and did not pressure us to spend more. We were able to rent all of our needed items from them and used them for signage. We also paid for the set-up and tear-down services so felt incredibly stress free with the design of the wedding day. The floral was wrapped up in the design process and was also effortless. They gave us a full plan of which florals would be used for our bouquets and arrangements. On the day-of the flowers were beautiful and just as described. The day-of coordination was icing on the cake. Our coordinator, Kelli, was present for all of our design/planning meetings so it felt like she knew our wedding when planning the schedule. She was available to talk through all the details of our schedule and very communicative leading up to the wedding. On the day of my wedding I felt so calm knowing that the set up and coordination was in capable hands. I was able to focus on being in the moment and enjoy the whole day. They made clean-up seamless. We elected to work with Unique Events after a disappointing experience with another event planning group whose fee structure and policies were ambiguous, at best. From the outset, Travis and his team of event designers were responsive to our questions and took our interests, tastes, and goals for the wedding into consideration. UE worked within our budget to design and execute a truly outstanding event that felt personal, elegant, and seamless. A number of the vendors and countless guests have reached out to us with compliments for UE's exceptional service and design work. My partner and I planned the wedding from out of state, and therefore assigned a lot of responsibility to UE to manage not only their own design elements (incl. ceremony & reception decor, lighting, floral, linens, and numerous rentals) but also to oversee the "day-of" operations of eight other vendors. Throughout the planning process, Travis Newell's communication with us was prompt, clear, and courteous. He went above and beyond to ensure that the details we discussed were accounted for in revised event proposals and came prepared with questions and ideas to all of our conversations. He and the day-of coordinators even went so far as to meet with me (and one of the other vendors) at the venue three weeks before the wedding for a detailed walk through of the design and event timeline. The event coordinators, Ashley and Hannah, also provided exceptional service on the day-of, working tirelessly from 7am through midnight to liaise with vendors, party members and guests, and to attend to issues that arose. This week was my THIRD occassion to call to ask about possible rental of one of their items…read more (Three separate, non-related calls, months apart) Also the THIRD time the person who answered the phone could not tell me if they carried the item I was looking for and the THIRD time I was told Jane would need to call me back. The THIRD time my message went unanswered. THREE strikes and you're out in my book!!! Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time calling them.

I should have done my research before hiring Planned Spontaneity because it turned out being the…read morebiggest mistake and regret of my wedding. The team she hired to set up the venue was clearly inexperienced and even made comments to my family members saying, "I'm not sure what to do I've never done this before." Time was severely mismanaged and the coordinator/owner was visibly overwhelmed. Marilee does not care whether or not you are happy with her services. After the wedding, I tried contacting Marilee privately to express my dissatisfaction and try and find a compromise on the amount she billed us for (which she was unwilling to give any details or itemization of her invoice) and she ended up ignoring my emails. She took no accountability, was disrespectful and made rude comments about my wedding, and showed no willingness to compromise...she never apologized and immediately was defensive and threatened legal action. After trying to contact her 3 times and being ignored, she filed with small claims. The judgement ended up being dismissed. After having such a horrible experience and doing more research, I found out the business was dissolved in 2014 and is no longer legally operating under its LLC.
