My mates and I were rained out for our first hunting trip but the owner gave us the safety course and took us to an indoor range where we tested all their equipment. The owner and his crew are good people with great hospitality. We came out again and the weather was perfect, hogs were everywhere. We've done a lot of hunting but never from a helicopter and this was definitely very exciting and well worth the money. read more

Went on a two day hog hunt with this group and scheduled to do it again in June. These guys are top notch and I was more than impressed, brought me back to my early years in the Army. The safety course was great (more information than I ever wanted to know about hogs) but taking the course reaffirmed that I chose the right company and the pointers they gave the group helped with the accuracy. I wrote the host that it wasn't a matter of a single problem, but rather the pattern that indicated the apartment had not been ready for us when we arrived. I added that our experience would be reflected in our evaluation. She responded by stating that this "caused a problem" for them and unilaterally rewriting the contract to indicate that we would have to leave the following day, She provided only a partial refund. I spoke with several different people at VRBO customer service. Fernando and Angela were especially helpful, explaining that we had not broken any house rules, that we could not be evicted, and that the host could not rewrite the contract without my approval. I explained this to the host, who repeated sent emails, purporting to be from VRBO itself, rather than from the host telling us we had to leave. After we left, she sent 10 emails demanding payment of $3,028, then $3,178, then cancelling request, requesting $3,028, $1,408, cancelling these, sending others demanding payment for cleaning and others, then cancelling these. Our two week vacation was ruined by three days in an apartment that was not as advertised, a contract broken by the host, then harassing emails and eviction.

They prey on the vulnerable and exploit those in need. My wife and I stayed at Nova from May 2023 to October 2023 while she underwent cancer treatment at MD Anderson. Tragically, she passed away during our stay. After vacating the property on October 2, our lease ended on October 17, 2023. Prior to that they tricked me into prepaying some rent in exchange for a discount and I fell for it. They promised that if I gave them notice they would promptly return my prepaid rent. However, it has been over 4 months, and I have not received back my money. They have sent Zelle's in drips and drabs and we have had to chase them every week. The screenshots I have clearly show their deceitful attempts to delay by making empty promises. They are shamelessly running a Ponzi scheme, preying on the sick and their families during their most vulnerable moments, using the next tenant's money to cover their obligations. This behavior is not just reprehensible; it is a clear display of their utter lack of empathy and decency. I urge everyone to steer clear of this property and its heartless management. Disgusting and disgraceful! I will be filing a lawsuit against them and will share those documents here as we file.

After the wedding, we agree to try this traveling thing again and Holly was nothing but helpful to us again. I was all over the place but she was patience and guide me thru the traveling process. She doesn't pressure and even gave me options outside of what I can find online. You can choose for them to take care of everything where you don't have to worry or you can choose to take over whichever piece of the planning yourself. I decided I can take over the transportation between islands myself and during the vacation I forgot that I missed a transportation piece, emailed Holly and she took care of calling the hotel and arrange that transportation for me. The best part is that they can see room availability and promotion that they can past on to you that you can not see online as a regular shopper. That is the benefit and she is very transparent. She has no problem price matching or beating your price. To me, that is a bonus for any traveling agencies. I have been recommending to my friends and family if they need a travel agency, this is the one I would use. Happy Travel - life is to short not too.

So when I gotg the call from my dad that he's at an agency, I'm being biased, thinking why? They are going to charge more!! My butt, who says do your research first...oh boy, I should slap myself in the face, why would I even think that? I never even been to one! ...... MORE TO THE POINT: So I came there and wow the roundtrip ticket for Singapore Airlines!!!! Only for 1280!!! Economy class, but thats okay, I mean it was cheaper than any online deals I could find.....I think the cheapest one I found was actually like $1320....so I was quite pleased, and this being with Singapore Airlines, who I hear is very accomodating...nice My brother flew with Asiana from the arrangement with Deluxe Travel, and said personally he thought it was quite comfortable...price? I'm not aware of. LONG STORY SHORT NOW: cheap flights to Vietnam and very decent ---- nice airlines. If you're traveling internationally to Vietnam, try this agency! Or maybe any other one, just in case, cause I don't know any other ones, but the prices were nice. It's nice that they have decent customer service, yes they do talk english as well. And its cool that you're not only getting your flight, but the visa was included as well, and they'll help you out, assist you to the process of traveling internationally and direct where you can get a passport. $1280 for roundtrip to Vietnam on SINGAPORE AIRLINES and a Visa, with some good assistance, can't beat that. The only reason we passed was a student was getting her certification and she was knowledgeable in the water. I wish no one this abominable experience, unless they train some new instructors and made sure that they did their job well instead of taking a back seat.

Unfortunately there were too many rental equipment issues. During the first non-pool (lake) dive my tank started gushing air uncontrollably right before jumping off the dock. This was apparently due to a busted O-ring. I understand things happen but this was extremely disconcerting as I was about to enter the water for my first "real" dive. Other people in my small group had issues as well, including someone who had a leaking secondary air regulator. This was inconvenient for the PADI skills drills (practicing switching to secondary air) but would've been a real danger if there was an actual emergency underwater. I also don't understand why they require you to buy weights for the PADI course. I just assumed that it's something all divers need to have because I didn't know otherwise, but in reality I'll never use them again because use of dive weights is included in the cost of virtually all recreational excursions. No one travels on vacation with 10-20lbs of weights in their suitcase. I spent ~$150 on weights when they could've just rented them to me. On a positive note, the shop staff was very patient taking the time to help me find the perfect fitting mask, fins, etc. If this place is convenient to you I recommend it due to the quality instructors, otherwise I wouldn't go out of my way to take classes here. And if you do, definitely look to buy used or cheap dive weights elsewhere because a weight is a weight and you'll never use them after the class.
