We really wanted to avoid paying for a plumber because we were worried about the cost. Even though I called later in the day, Joel was more than happy to come out after he finished up a job. Joel arrived within the specified arrival window. He was very through in inspecting the leak, and offered a couple of solutions. We chose to go with the cheaper option, and Joel was able to fix the leak that same day. The service charge was very reasonable, especially given the current state of our economy. I've contacted other contractors, and their estimates were very high. Joel also let us know what other services he provides, so he's pretty much a jack of all trades.
