At the time I was experiencing a leakage problem that was completely frustrating me causeing leakage and mold in one apartment. I could not diagnose the cause. I had utilized the services of three contractors who had always served me well, trying various solutions all of which failed and was at my wits end. The building in question has three flat roofs. Roy examined them and noticed that my drainage system for the leaders and gutters was inadequate and poorly designed causing heavy rains to flood one of my roofs. He rerouted some of the drains adding one new outlet and two new scuppers and poof!--no more leaks into the apartment. I have one big regret with this company--I wish I had known about Roy and Elite a year earlier.
