We hired them to open up the first floor of our Cape Cod, and they completely helped me re-imagine the space taking down several walls to create a true open-concept layout. Along the way they installed new hardwood floors across the entire first floor, redid our shower, replaced both toilets, moved our washer and dryer, and prepped all the groundwork for our kitchen renovation. The craftsmanship throughout was outstanding. The part that really earned our trust is they delivered on what they promised AND THEN SOME! They finished within the estimate they quoted, and they were remarkably fast and efficient without ever cutting corners. Glen and his crew went above and beyond at every turn. His entire team was helpful, friendly, and easy to work with from the first day to the last. I would name them all here because I've gotten to know them personally, but I'll let you experience it first hand! In that time I have worked with many contractors in just about every trade. Elite came to me by recommendation. At the time I was experiencing a leakage problem that was completely frustrating me causeing leakage and mold in one apartment. I could not diagnose the cause. I had utilized the services of three contractors who had always served me well, trying various solutions all of which failed and was at my wits end. The building in question has three flat roofs. Roy examined them and noticed that my drainage system for the leaders and gutters was inadequate and poorly designed causing heavy rains to flood one of my roofs. He rerouted some of the drains adding one new outlet and two new scuppers and poof!--no more leaks into the apartment.
