Don't waste your time coming here!!! Im a Versace shopper and this is my worst experience at a Versace store yet!!! Back home (California), I am buddies or friends with the people working at my local Versace store or outlet. Meaning I can call them on their personal phone or they would text or email me if there's anything new, on sale, or exciting.
But this store... OMG. The 1st person I see as I come in the store was an older lady and I think she was the manager. She was scolding her workers and had a super grumpy face. She was next to me while I was looking at a couple shirts so I asked her politely if there was any special sales going on (I ask this question at every store I go. Especially my local Versace store back home). This lady looked at me like I was crazy! She rudely said "NO! There is no Versace sales!!!" I mean it's fine if there isn't a sale going on but don't be rude to your customers that are trying to shop at your store. So I brush it off because I saw I shirt I liked and tried to ask for my size. They rudely told me that they will not go to the back and look for my size. The salesperson told me that the manager won't let him get me my size in the back. WTF?! Are you guys trying to sell merchandise or what? I just hope someone in Versace headquarters read this and get some better management in there. Retail outlet stores like this can be ran by someone with any kind of retail experience so please hire some NICE people! How are people suppose to spend thousands of dollars at your store when you can't even make them smile or feel good about themselves! I personally don't think that it's a French thing because I've met nice French people! read more
