My Dad and I just got three brand new windows installed! We are so pleased and excited for the new look! Ryan and Sam at Versa Glass were right on point with exactly what we needed to get new windows. They were on time, professional and friendly! Installation was quick! We have an old house with odd size windows. His crew knew what they were doing and had installation of our three windows within an hour! After the job was done..Ryan called to make sure we were happy! YES! WE ARE! THANK YOU Versa glass! read more

Very professional, quick service! Good company to do business with. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying for all their glass needs.

The initial service and quality of work were solid, but things fell apart when it came to follow-through. They were hired to repair a window and tune up the remaining sliders, which they did. We had also agreed they would replace a cracked window handle. They assured me they'd take care of it, but when I followed up, it hadn't been done. I was later told they needed to order the part -- fair enough -- but since then, I've followed up multiple times with no response. All I needed was a part number, but they've completely gone silent. Unfortunately, they've lost a customer. read more

Sam is the best of the best. Very knowledgeable, goes above and beyond, great all around. Really appreciate it

Lowest prices we found! Sam was easy to communicate with via text/phone. We had lots of questions and suggestions and he gave us nothing but his honest opinion and advice. Came by for a fast estimate too! His guys were professional and installed our beautiful glass for our walk-in shower. They took their time and didn't rush the installation. Great quality glass! Highly recommend!!! read more

Versa glass replaced all the old glass in my entertainment room - 15 2'x6' windows. Sam and Juan did a great job quoting me and installing the windows in record time. Ryan made sure I was scheduled and for the quote, install, and satisfied upon completion. I would recommend Versa to anyone looking to replace their glass. read more

Very happy customer! My husband and I have been dreading the summer heat because we had single-pane windows with aluminum frames. After several quotes from different glass/ window companies, we went with Versa Glass. They were right when they told us that no one can beat their price and expertise. We upgraded three bedrooms to double-pane windows with vinyl frames. It made a huge impact with heat and noise reduction. Sam and his brother Ryan were always easy to reach out to when we had any questions. I can't wait for them to work on our sliding glass doors. Thanks Versa Glass. read more

I highly recommend Versa Glass for all your custom glass needs. Sam and Mo are able to deliver quality products at competitive prices. They came highly recommended and after having dealt with them to install several frameless shower glass enclosures as well as modern glass stair rails, I can't say enough great things about the quality of the glass, workmanship and the service they offered. They worked with us on a tight budget and were able to create amazing custom glass creations. When we needed additional features to pass inspection, they delivered in a timely and professional fashion. No excuses or attempts to charge us more. I know that I will be dealing with them on a variety of future projects. They proved to me just how reliable they are. They also personally came to the job site several times to review and fine tune some of the enclosures. Their installers are also very clean and professional. Overall, I was very pleased with how honest, reliable and professional Sam and Mo were. It's a family owned business and it shows that they really take pride in ensuring customer satisfaction. read more

Sam came out and gave me a quote for 9 window replacements for my little home built in 1949. I was nervous, but they were excellent. It all started when our garden window broke. We contacted Versa Glass, and spoke with Sam. He gave us options to repair the window, because we weren't planning on a whole new installation. Sam's customer service and competitive pricing is what convinced us to upgrade our old single-pane windows. So happy we upgraded. We don't have AC, but these windows have helped reduce the heat and outside noise. The new garden window has made such a difference to our home. It's beautiful to look at, and our cats enjoy hanging out there. I've been recommending this company to family and friend that need new windows. Check out my before and after photos of the garden window. read more

I am utterly shocked by the disorganization and unprofessionalism of this glass company. I chose to go with Versa as they were the first to appear in a google search, and for starters they claim "same day" service which wasn't available so we made an appointment for the next day. 12:30-4 was our appointment window so we rearranged our work schedules to be home .... well 4 o'clock rolls around and no one showed so we called. Apparently a truck had broken down and all of the appointments for that day were cancelled--would have been nice to know they cancelled our appointment before waiting around all day. Then we rescheduled for the next day. Again, no one showed by 4 o'clock and when I called we weren't even in the system. So here I wasted another afternoon sitting around for someone from Versa to show up and my window is still broken. Instead of risking a third wasted afternoon I've now decided to go with another company. read more

First off, the young lady that handle the calls for the Southbay/Long Beach office is rude & exemplify bad customer service. Tried to call and get a quote but she kept cutting me off. Guess she had to get back to her Instagram or Tic Toc social networking. So sad. Secondly, I sent over the information they required to get an estimate and STILL haven't heard from them. I don't recommend! read more

I just had 4 shower glass doors installed by Versa glass and am very happy with their service! Very professional, great customer service and the whole process was very fast and smooth. I had 4 estimates from 4 different companies and am glad I went with Versa, as during the measurement and installation I realized how accurate they are. Thank you Versa glass, look forward to other projects with you! read more

I can't say enough positive things about this company. We needed a job done quickly and they got it done. They measured on Monday and installed on Wednesday. The window fit perfectly. They were clean and efficient. I couldn't even tell they had been there other than my beautiful new window. Their quote was very reasonable too. I highly recommend them and will use them again. Versa Glass was great to work with - they were knowledgeable, personable and relaxed. I would recommend their services and plan to keep their information on hand for further work - should any come available. When I first began working with Versa - I was a little hesitant due to some of the comments left but as time went on I found them easy to work with and honest. The quote did go up due to some unforeseen maintenance issue but on the day of installation the cost was reduced due to some cost savings they found! Overall their work turned out to be a good quality and was quickly installed. The only feedback I have for these guys is sometimes their response time via phone was a little slow but their work and kind attitudes made up for it. Again I'd recommend these guys for the job - thanks for a job well done. read more

I highly recommend this company. They are knowledgeable, reasonable, and fast. They were able to make an estimate the same day I called them and got the job done extremely fast. I will be using them again. read more

Sam came within an hour of when we called for a free estimate. He was so professional and deligent and didn't try to oversell (we had a few windows that had fogged up and needed replacing, and he told us when some windows were OK and didn't need immediate replacing). He delivered on time and the installation team was so efficient. His pricing was very reasonable as well. We highly recommend Versa Glass thank you for making this a great experience! read more

Excellent service. Great quality. Reasonable Pricing. All the things you want. I dealt with the owner, Sam, and he was very honest and gave me great detail in what options I have and gave me pricing on the spot. His installer cam back a few days later and did a great job with the installation and I couldn't be happier. The window I asked for was to reduce noise between my office and fabrication shop and it works great and looks great. 10/10 recommend. read more

I found this company on yelp. They had the best reviews out of everyone that I called. The guys came out to measure twice. I was given a quote of between $1,600-$1,800 the day of the 1st measurement. All of the other companies couldn't give me a rough quote and made me wait days before giving me a price. Once I decided to go with versa and the final measurements were done and the glass was ordered I was given a final price of $1,750 which was still less than I expected to pay. My tile is glass tile which requires a little more work to ensure it doesn't break. Other companies were afraid to even give me a quote because they didn't want the liability of breaking the tile. My shower glass looks amazing. I was told that it would take about a week for glass to be made. I ordered on a thursday evening and received a call the following tuesday saying that the glass would be ready Wednesday morning and that it could be installed that eveing. Installation took about a total of 4 hours. The guys had to come back the next day after realizing the manufaturer sent a bent clip which was causing the shower door to open incorrectly. I would definitely recommend versa glass. read more

We are extremely pleased with Versa Glass. Ryan kept in contact with us to make sure we knew when they were going to arrive. Juan arrived exactly when he was suppose to, and was very professional and courteous. He got to work right away. He did an amazing job in a very timely manner, and cleaned well after the job was done. Hopefully, we'll never need to repair another window, but if we do, Versa Glass will be our only call. read more

Review from repair at Fusion Dance Studios. We just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH! These people were so professional and bent over backwards to help us out. We needed a mirror repaired for a rental for a birthday party and they sent out two people on a Saturday to help us out. They repaired the mirror within 2 hours and cleaned up afterwards and the mirror was like new. We appreciate you all and we will definitely come to you first if we ever need glass/mirror repair again. :) read more

Great company. Ryan in the office was really easy to talk to and flexible with scheduling. Sam called 30 mins prior to arrival for our appointment and was also kind and efficient. Located Versa Glass on Yelp and also got a referral from my neighbor the day after setting my appt. with Ryan. Dealt with both Ryan and Sam which made the process of replacing two windows a breeze. The installation went smoothly and I was satisfied with the entire process. You can't go wrong with Versa Glass. read more

My parents' house had a broken window over a weekend. They were looking into getting it fixed soon and called a couple of people to come check out the broken window and no one came. Ryan and Versa Glass was the only company that offered to stop by on the spot and gave a quote at NO CHARGE, while other companies charged about $20 to make the trip and give a quote. Sam was the technician that came out to inspect the broken window and was very friendly and professional. We were thinking the whole window had to be replaced but Sam assured us that the window needed a glass replacement on the fixed window NOT the entire window. He gave options of the type of window glass replacement my parents could get and the prices were very reasonable! It was amazing how much of a price difference they gave to what other companies asked for. Ryan always stayed updated with me on the progress of the order and when the technician would come out. Juan took his time to install the glass replacement and did a great job at it. Very satisfied with this company, definitely recommend it if you want a professional and well job done. read more

This place doesn't answer the phone or emails so why bother to conduct business?? I tried calling twice and then sent a customer request. Nothing.
