Seriously, this was the best way to begin the Thanksgiving weekend after a stressful day of travel! If you've never tried yoga before, this is the perfect way to get acquainted with it. It's an easy stretching and relaxation class for all ages. Don't be intimidated that you'll only see lithe, little 20 somethings here. The age range of the people attending classes that night were as young as 30 to upper 70s. The practice is calming and quiet. Sherry plays soothing music, guides you through the stretches, and the lights are dimmed to allow each person to let the stress roll off your body. You won't break a sweat in this class but you'll feel more flexible and rejuvenated when you leave the room. Every muscle was singing when I left and I slept like a baby that night. I'd never been to Centerpeace before but I wish I lived closer to attend their classes. What a great gem of a find. I will be back for sure!
