The staff are welcoming and friendly - we've been on first name basis with the manager, Mario, for a while now. The menu and the food is authentic Italian cuisine, always fresh and always cooked just how I like it. They vary their specials menu every few weeks so I always have the opportunity to try something new. Having said that, I can't remember a time I've been here and haven't ordered a steak! The staff are extremely attentive and friendly as you would expect at a place like this. My family have been coming to this restaurant since before I was born, my parents literally just followed the aroma of garlic during their first visit to Bury and ended up here (which probably explains why I'm such a garlic fiend!). The restaurant was much smaller back then but has expanded over the years without losing the welcoming family vibe, or the mesmerising array of empty wine bottles hanging from the ceiling. The food is always delicious and very reasonably priced - through the week they have special deals on e.g. 2 courses & a coffee for £12.95 which is excellent value. Or, the early bird special, any pizza, pasta or risotto for £6.90! Not only is the food great, but the welcoming atmosphere will keep you coming back for many a year to come.

Dessert would normally be a Tiramisu, but my friend and I went for the White Chocolate Profiteroles, served in a sundae dish - really nice !
