As a real estate broker and professor, I have literally driven all over the South Plains. Today, my car began to shake as it felt like I was about to lose a tire. Thanks to Jiffy Lube on 82nd St., they discovered that my whole tire was about to come off! After tightening my lugnuts, they said, 'God is worthy to be praised. You are a blessed woman.' I called Scotts Care and they took no responsibility for the mishap. They were the only ones to touch my wheels in thr last three weeks. They said for me to drop it off for a free lugnut. No thanks, Scott's Car Care. Scott would have taken care of me if he weren't retired.

Spoke to the manager and he tried telling me that the dashboard was like that then retracted and tried telling me that my son broke the dashboard and retracted again saying the sun did the damage.
