I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unprofessional from start to finish…read more I scheduled a specialty rug cleaning because a previous cleaning by this company had failed to resolve the issue. Rather than addressing the reason for the appointment, my concerns were dismissed and I was encouraged to repeat the same cleaning that had already been unsuccessful. The appointment then shifted to unsolicited comments about my children's behavior and my parenting, which were inappropriate and entirely unrelated to the service being provided. At that point, I ended the appointment because I no longer felt comfortable having them in my home. Professional service starts with listening to the customer, respecting boundaries, and focusing on the job at hand. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Would not recommend.

Every dry cleaner I tried turned me down. Long story short, Darrin came to my house to clean everything. Then with my X-Ray eyes, I noticed some stubborn spots when the pieces started to dry. Darrin came back and took the pieces. I'm glad he's more stubborn than those dirty spots because I now have super clean upholstery that I'm so comfortable to use. Outstanding above-and-beyond service by a dedicated local gentleman who insists to only do things the right way. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Water seeping through your ceiling and walls is shocking and disheartening. But what I found myself…read morefocusing on in the first couple of hours of our disaster was the professionalism, expertise and kindness of the team from PuroClean. Within a half hour of calling late last Saturday evening, the PuroClean technician was at the door. Before leaving that night, he gave us his personal cell number and said to call him if we had any questions the next day - Sunday. We called; he returned our calls twice and answered all of our questions. And the same technician returned Monday morning and the next several mornings as well to check on the dryness. It wasn't clear early on whether there would be insurance coverage, so we appreciated that PuroClean was thoughtful in determining which sections of drywall, built-in cabinetry and flooring needed to be removed to expedite drying. We spoke several times with the PuroClean office personnel in the following days, and they, too, were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. If we ever have another mishap, we would absolutely call PuroClean. Just very nice people providing remarkable, competent service.

The back was buckled, drawers moved poorly, veneer on the sides was cracking and buckling off. They did such a beautiful restoration job. The chests gleam, the drawers move smoothly, the wood is a joy to touch, the veneer carefully bolstered. They kept to the original wood as much as possible, adding small pieces where there were gaps in drawer bottoms or where shims were needed. They made the right choice in choosing not to refinish the hidden face of the bottom chest, protecting records inked into the wood by and about the original purchaser. We'll definitely bring other antiques we inherited to the brothers, and highly recommend their work to others.

The disruption to my aunt's household was minimal, the work was done quickly, professionally and very well. Five stars is not nearly enough for N.E.K. Of The Woods. They were virtually heroic in getting it all up a steep set of stairs, and precise in setting it up just how I wanted it. Zack and Troy were good natured and cheerful as well as strong and efficient. And when the clock went over the hour for another 20 minutes, their charge was for one and one third hours, not for two. They kept my tight budget in mind while giving the fullest service. I communicated my disappointment with the state of the house upon completion, even sending photos of missed areas, and she maintained that she "did the best she could" and took zero accountability. I'd estimate she cleaned roughly half of what was promised.
