Our pellets arrived Saturday when both my husband and I were away from the house. My husband left a note on where to drop the 3 tons of pellets we had ordered. We were hoping they could get them around to our double doors leading to our basement to make moving the pellets easier on us. Not only did they get them to the back doors they got them so close that we just had to open the doors and move the pellets, but the delivery driver was respectful of our lawn and not to tear it up. We live in Underhill on a hill and when I arrived home was over joyed with the work. We will definitely be returning customers to Curtis Lumbar! Great customer service!

From purchase through Julia Cozza to the delivery, was an exceptional experience. Julia handled my multitude of questions with concern and clarity. The delivery was spot on time, gave me a call 15 minutes out. I live in a very old house with narrow doorways and steep steps. Jack and Ray delivered these appliances after many measurements, without any complaints as to the difficulty. Took off my doors with great care and hauled these heavy appliances up my narrow back steps weaving around a railing where there was not 1/4 inch to spare. They took care and time with all aspects, from Jack showing me tips of how to use the induction range to Ray making sure I was careful about putting frozen food into the freezer before it was at the temperature required. I truly valued their help and most important to me, was their attitude of concern towards me, the homeowner and the respect it reflected towards Bouchard Pierce. I will never shop anywhere else, ever.

I wanted to purchase products from a local company to support local jobs. The next day they were not on the truck to my local branch. I contacted them to ask them what happened and if they could be on the next truck. They indicated that they would attempt to get them on the next truck. Three days later they did not make it to the local branch again. That day they indicated that they would be on the truck for tomorrow to be delivered to the local branch. That morning they informed me that they received one product but the second product didn't make it. They called back shortly there after and indicated that the second product was at the local branch. I drove to the store and the person at the counter indicated that they only received one product. He opened the box to make sure it was the proper product. It wasn't. I cancelled my order and ordered the products online from Supply House (for $30.00 less) and received the products the following day via UPS. I will never attempt to do business with FW Webb ever again.
