    I came to this Verizon with my mother to help her upgrade to the iPhone 6. We waited 1 hr to speak with a sales rep. One. Hour. When we first walked in, we were greeted by an associate who lacked any customer service skills. He never made eye contact therefore would probably not be able to identify us even if we were both dressed in clown suits and makeup. He stared at his iPad entering data while asking us about what services we would need. The greeter spent his time hanging on the door like it was a tree. At other moments, you could catch him with one leg leaning on the glass door. I'm not blaming him, however. He was trained by their management, I'm sure. This store seemed like a better option than the Verizon stores located inside the malls since it appeared to be empty inside. This one is located just outside the parking lot of Woodbridge Mall. Well at this one hour mark, we have decided to leave -without being serviced. Two customers have already left asking to have their name removed from the waiting list before exiting. Very disappointing. Update: We were finally approached by Noelle who made the rest of our time at VZW very pleasant. We called over the manager, Therman, before we left who apologized for our wait. He admitted that they underestimated the rush they would have during the holiday weekend (?). There were more excuses shared than any resolve. Noelle's competence and personality deserves 5 stars. The store overall gets a zero.

    30 minutes for them to tell me to sit down for a 5 minute process. Super rude and unprofessional. Don't go here.

    Absolute garbage. I never write reviews for anyone, this is actually my first time writing one, but…read morethis guy deserves it. I just wanted them to fix my screen, Victor (the owner) said it would take 20 minutes (which is great because I'm busy). Got there, Victor is not there, just some kid, no big deal to me. He said he needs at least two hours, which is more than 20 minutes but whatever, I'm already here. Come back two hours later, my screen is fixed but later that day I found out the rest of my phone is broken. It keeps hanging up on people, it won't unlock sometimes and I disables itself. I called the place back up to let them know and they said they can fix it. Great, I'm not even upset. People make mistakes. He said it will take another 20 minutes. I bring my phone in, when I get there, Victor is there. He says he will need another 2 hours! He said it would take this long because "he wanted to make sure he would don it right". I don't really have a choice, so I leave and come back. When I get back, my phone is still broken. He didn't do anything because he said he didn't have the parts to fix it. He asked me to come back a third time. Once again, I don't really have a choice. I get there the third time... he is not there to fix it. By now I am actually upset, but what ever. I talk to Victor on the phone and he asked me to come back Monday. I come in that next Monday. My phone has been broken for about three weeks now and it's driving me nuts. I go inside and HE'S NOT THERE AGAIN!!!! Somehow the workers don't have his number. I do NOT have the time to keep coming back. I'm a full time student, full time worker and I have kids. I tell them I'm not going anywhere until he gets there. Finally after a half hour of waiting, they get a hold of his wife and HE WAS SLEEPING at home. What a piece of work. He says he will be here in 15 minutes and fix it. 40 minutes later he comes in the door, and fixed it in 20 minutes. Why did he say he needed 2 hours last time? This whole situation is from something that literally took 20 minutes to do. But hey, I got a free screen protector. Victor is actually a nice guy. He just has no idea how to run a business. I wouldn't go back, I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I really hope he figures his stuff out.

    This Target location opened on Parsonage Road sometime in the late nineties and has been a fixture…read morein the local community ever since. Even though the building is visibly dated, it has most of the modern amenities found at newer Targets: aisle price scanners, self checkout, a small grocery section, a pharmacy, a cosmetics boutique, a Capital One ATM, and a recently renovated Starbucks and pizza snack bar area. If you're staying at the neighboring Homewood Suites which opened 3 years ago, this place is a 30 second walk away and great for procuring travel necessities like toiletries, snacks, and medications during and after your stay. Regarding messiness, this store attracts a lot of visitor traffic from Menlo Park Mall and Roosevelt Park on weekends, including people with children, so shelves and clothing racks will understandably be a little messy. Since this location is next to a townhouse complex and three nursing homes, inventory for popular items also tends to run low without real-time inventory levels being reflected on Target.com. One of my biggest complaints about this Target is the T-shaped bottleneck for exiting and entering the parking lot. You'll also find some of the worst drivers ever here as they confusedly or recklessly enter and leave without yielding when they don't have right of way. For a more pleasant shopping experience, try the Hadley Center Target.

    I'd been holding off on replacing my existing stacked washer/dryer because there were so many…read morevariables to deal with. My condo association required a ventless dryer, I had limited space, and I didn't want to go through the hassle of bringing in an electrician to change out the existing 240V power receptacle for a standard 120V. I'd also gone through a nightmare with a salesperson at another appliance dealer who lacked attention to detail and frankly had a rotten attitude. When I found a w/d set that would satisfy all of my requirements, I couldn't find the dryer anywhere. Needless to say, I was getting discouraged. Having had positive experiences with P.C. Richard on smaller items in the past, I checked their website to find that they carried both units AND they were on sale. When I got to the store, Kevin M. helped me out, even showing me a couple of discounted (scratch & dent/refurbished) units in addition to the showroom models. After the sale, Kevin kept me updated on the status of my order and even asked me to take a photo of the 240V receptacle to assure we'd settled on the right units. (This was huge for me, as the salesperson at the first place I went to never bothered to ask, and in fact, sold me a 120V unit.) When the stacking piece was delayed, he offered a creative solution so that I'd get the washer and dryer in a timely fashion. On delivery day, the installers actually came *early* and did a great job removing my old w/d and setting up the new ones. I was impressed with their efficiency, attention to detail and that they took all of the packaging material with them when they left. All in all, a great experience! Bravo to Kevin and the team.
