It was more concerned with selling me a brand new iPhone than fixing this problem. I left AT&T store went home spoke to my son who was approximately 1200 miles away miles in the state of Connecticut. . My son who is not in the cellular business was able to fix my problem within less than five minutes. I called the store back after having my problem rectified by my own son and the same man Isaiah made very light of this issue, no embarrassment no accountability no professionalism. He is far from being an asset to AT&T. I wouldn't give my job as a doorman at the store never mind this façade of a title general manager. Under the best of circumstances, this would be a frustrating and long process, but add to that, my uncle has dementia and early onset Alzheimer's. Kyle is a true God send who understands the value of not over complicating things. He is spending so much time to set the new devices up to not just be ready, but be useful. He has set my uncle up to literally walk out of this store and use his devices the same way he was when he walked in. WARNING: Sneaky "Bill Cramming" Tactics under "Free" Promotions!…read moreI am writing this review to warn my neighbors to inspect every single line item on their monthly statements. Spectrum is engaging in deceptive billing practices, specifically a tactic known as "bill cramming"--adding paid services to your account without your permission. A few months ago, I called to set up Internet and TV services. The sales representative told me I qualified for a promotion for a "free mobile service line for one year." I accepted the free line. What they CONVENIENTLY failed to mention, and what I never authorized or gave permission for, was that the agent snuck a paid monthly "Mobile Insurance/Device Protection Plan" onto that supposedly free account. Because I was told the mobile plan was 100% free, I didn't notice the hidden, unauthorized insurance surcharge for six months. When I finally caught the charge and called customer service to voice my concerns, things got even worse. Even after escalating the call to a supervisor, Spectrum flat-out refused to issue a full refund for the charges their own agent fraudulently placed on my account. They would only credit back a single month. Essentially, they got caught adding unauthorized fees to my bill and told me I could only have a fraction of my money back. Since Spectrum refuses to take accountability for their deceptive trade practices, I have officially filed formal corporate billing complaints with the FCC and my State Attorney General. If you are signing up for their "free" promotions, check your bill immediately. They will sneak unapproved charges onto your bank draft and then hide behind their "corporate policy" to keep your money when they get caught. Absolute scam behavior.

As an AT&T customer, I first visited T-Mobile after seeing an advertisement for a "free" iPhone 17 Pro Max. After spending four hours in the store, I quickly realized they were not going to earn my business. I returned the phone and decided to stay with AT&T. While visiting my parents in The Villages, my mom and I stopped by the AT&T store in Sumter Landing, where we were greeted by Conrad. I explained my situation--that I had recently paid to have my screen repaired, my phone was paid off, and I was looking to upgrade because of the failing battery. Conrad immediately went above and beyond. He asked if I had AT&T insurance and explained that Asurion should have been involved when I paid for the screen repair. Then, instead of simply telling me to call them myself, he took the time to access my Asurion account and investigate. To my complete surprise, Conrad discovered that I had actually qualified for a replacement phone at no cost when my screen was repaired! He truly saved the day. My replacement phone arrived at my parents' house just two days later, and Conrad assured me he would personally help transfer all of my data from my old phone to the new one. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Conrad. His professionalism, knowledge, patience, and genuine commitment to customer service are exceptional. He took the time to make sure I understood my options and found a solution that I never would have discovered on my own. If you're visiting the AT&T store in Sumter Landing, do yourself a favor and ask for Conrad. He provides personalized, thorough service and truly cares about his customers. I like this one much better and it's closer to home. You can see your face in those shiny floors! Here's a few highlights: 1) Regular and Self check out lanes 2) CVS pharmacy in store 3) Starbucks in store 4) As you enter, there is a spirits shop to the right before you enter the main store (I didn't get a chance to look around) 5) Large food/grocery area 6) Large in store wine and drink selection (a full aisle plus a cold section) 7) Tons of seasonal decor and Halloween stuff already out 8) The aisles are wide and bright - signage is very clear - easy to find what you're looking for 9) Sizeable amount of clothing options 10) Plenty of pet options - toys, food, litter, etc. 11) Also a tech/electronics section with TVs, Gaming systems, etc. The staff was really friendly and answered my questions about how this Target was different from the other one near by. They were enthusiastic about all the features of the store and how nice it is. This is definitely our new go to Target. Also, if you want to save 5% whenever you shop there, get a Target Credit Card.
