Traded in 3 iPhones during a promotion, never received the nearly $900 credit we were supposed to receive. Have been I to their store at least 8 times & every time it's a different story & excuse. They Will never return phone calls. Basically they stole 3 iPhones from us. Every time I've been in I'm told they have a new manger or new account manager & they'll fix it right away and call me which never happens.. do yourself a favor and avoid this bunch of crooked thieves. If I could go live them less than 1 star I would read more

Stopped in today and worked with Zayne. He was very helpful in explaining our options for removing and adding a couple phones. Great communication skills and we will be back soon to do some more transactions. Would recommend him anytime!! read more

Went with a relative to add them on my plan. Everyone in store was polite and friendly and Nick H who assisted us was very knowledgeable and thorough. He not only helped us add a device but suggested a way to save money on our account. I would definitely recommend this store. read more

I would highly suggest using a different location. I went in on a Sunday, and dealt with a young kid that told me he could fix my cracked screen. He tells me there was two choices. One was around $45 and had no guarantee and the other was around $80 with a guarantee. I asked how long it would take to fix the cracked screen and I was told he could do that day. I told him that would be great so paid him, and then went to the restroom. When I came out, he claimed to have already been done. Knowing a cracked screen generally takes more time to replace this seemed odd. Immediately I looked at the phone and noticed it had not been fixed. I gave it back to him and showed him. He ends up chuckling saying he can't fix the crack. I told him then why did he charge me to do it if he can't. He then tells me he put a screen protector on it to cover it. I told him this was not what I wanted. I even had my mom with me that also told him this wasn't what I said and this wasn't what he said. He said he would fix my cracked phone, and instead placed a screen protector over it. I told him this did not make sense that someone would want a screen protector over an already cracked phone so clearly there was a misunderstanding so just refund me the money and we are good. He then tells me I can't get a full refund and only a portion of my money would be refunded. We went back and forth about what took place so I asked him to call his manager. He did, but refused to leave a message asking for assistance. He then tells me he would have the manager call me and took my info. The next day, no one called me all morning. At noon I called and spoke with Will. He was very kind and understood the situation and said he would try to make it better. He said the manager was aware of my situation and he would call me. 5 hours go by, and not one return call. I call back and Will answered. He tells me the manager is now in and will speak with me. When the manager comes to the phone I asked if he was caught up to speed with what happened. He said he was but then immediately says he will look to refund me but he did not want me to step back into his store because he did not like people cursing at his employees. Before this manager even heard my side he immediately took defense to his employees and took their word with what happened, and never once asked me for my side. I told him I felt disrespected considering I was with my mother and would never curse at anyone in front of her, and let him know that I was inquiring several times for a refund but never cursed. In trying to tell him the story he interrupted me several times. I reminded him that he is in the customer service industry and he should allow the customer an opportunity to explain their side before just cutting in. Then once he hears my side we could try to find out what we could do to make the situation better. Instead he remained accusatory, and refused to tell me how to get my full refund. I asked for his district manager or store operator to call me to discuss further. To date, no one has called back. I will continue to escalate this matter further, and hope to get full resolution to this matter, but I would caution anyone doing business with this entity. read more

I want to give a shout out to Braden and thank his managers for having the wisdom to have him on their staff! My wife and I went in today to purchase her a new cell phone and Braden was very knowledgeable in meeting the needs she shared. My wife also expressed her interest in looking at less expensive choices and Braden treated us with the same respect he gave us from the start regardless of how much we desired to spend. Another, customer cam in behind us and Braden was able to handle both of us with an ease of multitasking that seemed seamless. However, in barges a woman that was rude, hostile, and belligerent! She was ranting at Braden who obviously trying to help those of us in front of her and kindly asked her to wait. Thus began a tirade from her of belittling remarks and uncalled for accusations aimed at Braden that was making the rest of us very uncomfortable. I do not to go into her diatribe any further, but my aim is to point out Braden's poise and ability to still focus on taking care of those of us waiting on service and professionally relegating this angry customer to a less hostile role and have her sit in a chair away from the rest of us. Braden has has given me hope for the younger generation that has so often been looked upon as not having social skills and being able to handle responsibility. Thank you Braden you are awesome!
