We were swapping out a phone on my plan, and he exceeded our expectations by transferring all the data from an older android to a newer iPhone we brought in. If you're looking for great customer service this is not the place if you deal with the manager, I think his name is Robby. My husband and I went in there while traveling through to get help with our phone issue. Ended up he had to call corporate customer service to try to resolve the issue. In the meantime he told us all about himself, including the fact that he himself complained about the poor customer service from the manager at the time he went in so he applied for his job and got it. While on the phone with Ben, with customer service, we overheard him being very rude and sarcastic. Ben put him on hold and I simply asked where Ben was, well that's all it took for Robby to start calling us racist. I think his anger stemmed from not being able to solve the problem himself so he focused his anger on Ben and when I defended Ben he started calling us racist. Mind you we are senior citizens and were just there to get help, instead we got kicked out because of Robby not being able to solve a problem, blaming us for his short comings. How dare he talk to a 65 year old lady like that. No respect. Definitely unbecoming of a Verizon employee, we hope. read more

My husband's phone got ran over (more then once) after if flew out the window of our moving vehicle and was beyond toast. We couldn't be helped over the phone because he couldn't remember his PIN and didn't have access to his email besides the ran over phone and there was no recovery options set up to access from a different, unrecognized device. Damn you fraud safety precautions. So off to Tillamook Verizon we went. When we got there, Sean said he didn't know if he'd be able to help, offered some ideas yet we kept striking out (couldn't even get into the MyVerizon site because it didn't recogzine the computer AND my guy couldn't remember the security question answer and got himself locked out)...oh ya and couldn't access the email ‍ What a shitshow. Sean to the rescue! He thought outside the box and figured a way to get the SIM card out, put in another phone so customer service could re-send it and it worked! Sean also informed us he was eligible for an upgrade and they had the phone he wanted in stock. I did however minus one star ONLY because I was somewhat disappointed when the "sales man" part of Sean's job stepped in (which I get is not his fault, it's his fricken job). While looking over the invoice he added a bundle of other stuff (extra charger, charging box, case ect.) we didn't even ask for OR get asked if we wanted. Of course I noticed it and when I said something about it and not wanting all the extras the schpeel about all these additional items we just "had to have" for a "steal" (FYI $175 is NOT a steal in my book). This was also after trying to push the $275 deal of the day bundle and saying no to several times. I stood at the window at the front door in the blazing heat waiting to get in and the lady did not acknowledge I was there, and continued to talk to one customer in the store. I sat there 15 minutes without any acknowledgement or reason why. Terrible service. read more

Terrible experience today. I arrived an hour before closing. Doors were locked, 3 employees were sitting at desks looking at their phones. I knocked, they saw me, but no one got up or acknowledged I was there. Called the number and it goes directly to a generic voicemail. Drove 40 minutes to buy a smart phone there. I walked into the store with the intention of finding out the cost of upgrading and adding lines. The manager helped me out, they were super busy. But I'm a patient person, so I was given the approximate cost, and my options, she helped me through each step, ordered what was out of stock, we received our item three business days later. These guys were great! Kendall, the store manager, was incredible!! She took the time to walk me through all my options to get me the very best deal on a new iPhone and an AppleWatch. To top it all off she took a lot of time helping me get all my apps, data and everything else moved over to the new phone. Her patience was admirable as I would've really been frustrated in her situation. She was so kind and when the AppleWatch did not arrive on time as expected, Kendall made sure to ship it north to Washington without any cost to me. Overall, I was quite happy, pleased and satisfied with my experience with Victra! Plus, their store is quite new, modern and very nice, which an added bonus! Horrible experience today drove 30 miles today to the store arrived at 11:40 am. 5 people in front of me and only 1 employee on Black Friday, once it was my turn the sales associate told me he was shutting the store down for lunch and would be back in an hour and 10 minutes, thought he was joking, he took my number and stated he would call me after his lunch. I waited in Tillamook and never received a call back, l am beyond furious, I have called the store and it goes direct to voice mail and box is full so won't take a message. Unbelievable! read more

Just walked into the store hoping to get a new glass shield put on my phone. Two sales people in the store. One young man on the phone working with a customer and one young woman seemingly too busy to even acknowledge us. We stood there for about 5 minutes. No one asked if we needed help or said "I'll be with you in a minute." Beautiful new store, but I fear you're not going to get the help you need if you walk in here. read more

Wow. Visiting Oregon Coast from Montana and had trouble hooking up to wifi cell service where regular cell service wasn't available. Talked to customer service on another phone and they said, after trying everything else, we needed a new SIM card. Drove to Verizon store in Tillamook and were helped by Kendall. Customer service that was amazing!!!!! She couldn't have been more helpful. Her people skills were wonderful. Turned a frustrating situation into one that we'll remember with a smile. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Where to start... first I made a appointment through the official Verizon website(logged in). I get to Victra Verizon and the manager tells me that the appointment aren't really real? I had a confirmation email! Now I wait a 1hr 30mins to talk to someone. Only reason I waited was because I was traveling, my phone broke and this was the only place I could get a phone within 3 hours of my rental. Then I get up to be help, the manager and only associate in there help me. They tell me the more accessories I get, the bigger the discount you get. 4 accessories gets you the biggest, so I decided to get 4. I asked if the discount is included and was told yes. I drive back to my rental to find out there was not any discount put on these item. These people must be commission and the manager is even in on it! No I did not drive back for that $120, not worth the long bad experience again or my time. Let's just say this is literally the worst service I've had ANYWHERE. BEWARE. read more

I hate even giving them one star. They took advantage of my 80 year old dad. They overcharged him. Then they sold him a data plan, he did not need as he just needed the phone for emergency calls. The phone became defective on the second day and no one at the store could/would assist him. They manipulated, lied and took advantage of an old man. The attitude of the manager kendal was rude and disrespectful to him and she did not show up to a scheduled appointment to rectify the situation. We had to deal, by phone with the attitude of Alex, directing us to the line buried in the contract that is written after paragraphs of promises of satisfaction guaranteed and 14 day return policy to find pre paid phones are as is. They charge you an additional 20 dollars to make sure it works, but once you leave the store, you're out of luck even when the item is defective. This store is a scam. Buy your phone elsewhere. Go to fred Meyers if you need a prepaid phone in tillamook. We spent hours on the phone with corporate Verizon and they helped us as much as they could. A representative even stayed on the phone with us as we spoke to Alex and she said she was disgusted by how they treated a customer. read more
