Kevin gave us a used protective case and glass protection without additional charge. I was very pleased how fast the repair was done and about $60 less then the estimated cost noted on the website. I just considered it normal until I realized that's not supposed to be the case. Last summer I was plagued with problems with Verizon and their towers and something had happened and I was getting ready for a trip and I was just panicking. I came over to AT&T and took a chance bought a phone and service has been perfect ever since every time power goes out the phone is still on. One year later I go in there today and I had to buy a new screen as mine was completely shot and getting ready for a big trip. The guy says well it's only $10 because you're a loyal customer and you bought everything here that's pretty incredible so thank you, AT&T. If you live rural and it's not always the case, I believe that AT&T is probably your best bet especially in this area. You will not get the same service with Verizon. I believe that Verizon is probably better for cities.

Part of the issue could have been operator error- I tried! Victor was great and took maybe 20 minutes to fix the phone, and it was a cool $75. Literally the best place and best price. I was lied to multiple times by Kelani during the process of him scamming me. We paid for a genuine…read moreiphone screen replacement. Come to find out it was not a genuine iphone screen, proven by a certified apple tech with the part number and a simple light test. We didn't give him the password which he wanted to test the device. We wanted instead to test the device in person when I picked it up and keep my passcode private. He used this as an excuse as to why the problems were arising. So many failures when I had the device back, most notably the camera. Still putting my trust in him I asked him to explain and he told me that the phone may have been damaged internally and this model was notoriously tricky for face ID and camera malfunctions and that I should ALSO pay him to fix the camera. Thankful I got a second opinion from an apple tech who let me watch him open the phone. *When the phone was opened there was still bits of glass scattered through it, the clips were bent and the camera was left unconnected* (see photos) it was obvious that this phone sustained too much damage to be repaired fully by a screen replacement but Kelani didn't tell me that, he hid it under a new aftermarket screen, charged me for a genuine screen and wanted to continue to milk me with the new camera replacement. When I talked to Kelani for the final time, I started out trying to be reasonable. I asked for my broken screen and my money back and that he could have this one back. He quickly began defending himself saying that he wouldn't refund me and that I should just take him to court. (I see it's a popular reply for him in his comment responses) He also told me that he didn't need people from "my side" and people "who look and talk like me" because he has plenty of good customers with people who love him. Needless to say I suggest you stay far away from this place, in case he decides that you're the customer he's going to scam.

Awesome quality of work for the $ and responsiveness from Simeon and his team. Was making the…read moredecision to retire or repair a very old gaming laptop (MSI 2 PC Apache, ~2015) with a cracked screen after its getting knocked over. Was afraid for its age and brand, that no one in town would even be willing to take a look. Simeon offered a great initial price (I'm forgetting the first quote. $40? $60?) to look at repairing the screen, and soldering the hinge back into its socket. He noticed some motherboard damage (water spots, etc) while working, which was not unexpected for its age and wear. While in the shop, he also installed a keyboard I brought in, that I had bought myself but failed to DIY install. Ultimately, even after investing the labor in repairing the laptop, the internal damage was severe enough that it could not be made to boot. Simeon gave me the option to pay the original low cost quote for the substantial repair work, which allowed me to now extract the RAM from my damaged machine (prev impossible w broken hinge), or that for an out-the-door cost of $200, he could upgrade my system by moving my data over to an similar year, upgraded-SPEC ASUS gaming laptop. The laptop is indeed a quality upgrade in game performance for the price I paid. What's more, Simeon's coming up with the refurbishment solution for the cost spared me having to shop for a modern rig at modern prices ($1000+) for a while longer. My SSD was not an exact fit to it so I am still transitioning some of my documents etc data over -- they had trouble finding a usb to make it possible to do this in the shop. This is a small hassle, but doable. The laptop came home ready to plug and play, but the guys warned me that it badly needed a new battery and couldn't hold a charge (shutting down when disconnected from power). Simeon offered to help source one for me, but that they could be expensive and that he would call back with a price and wouldn't pull the trigger to order until he spoke with me again. Had a minor miscommunication w other guy at front desk, where I thought the battery had been ordered before speaking to Simeon again, which surprised me, but didn't think much of. Turns out Simeon was waiting for my go-ahead, though, so I accidentally waited a little over a week with my bum battery without having to. The guys are very nice, so I would say to learn from my experience and not be afraid to follow up more readily than I did if you're curious for an update. When I took it in for the battery pick-up, everything went very smoothly. Remember to use debit and not credit, expensive $2 surcharge for my not paying attention and putting it on the wrong card. Very pleased w the work here, and found pricing very affordable, would absolutely return.
