Absolute scam. I did a trade-in in June to get a new phone for $5 a month. I quickly realized I was being way overcharged for the phone on my monthly bill. I had to go in there FOUR times to get it resolved, on top of calling customer service multiple times. On my third trip in there, an employee told me they were handling it and would call me back within a day. Never got a call back, so I had to go back in there the fourth time and make a fuss. Thought it was all handled, got reimbursed for the over billing, and now, 2 months later, my next bill is showing the incorrect amount again. So back to the store I go. If I had not been paying attention to my bills or had not HOUNDED them for MONTHS, this would never be resolved. They would over-bill me by $20+ ever month for 2 years. I wonder how many more people they are scamming. UPDATE! FINALLY got my issue resolved thanks to a kind and competent employee named James. If you ever visit this store, ask for James. Stay away from this branch. They are unethical. They tell you one price and charge you more. And good luck ever getting it back. Verizon's computer systems are a complete mess. I was a loyal Verizon customer for years but they gave me no choice but to leave. read more

My first time here wasn't the greatest experience but coming back and having Ateria helped me change my mind! She was so helpful and kind she was very personable. Their employees are amazing. Especially Emanuel palomino!! Thank you for all of your assistance!!

We started the journey with Verizon this morning to combine my wife's account and mine.... After three different Verizon stores we finally found Adam at this store. He made the process easy and informative. The previous stores made us wait for over an hour and we observed several employees being very rude to different customers! We walked out of both and decided to give this store a final chance before going to a completely new carrier (I have been with Verizon for 20years). Well it was worth the stop because we immediately were helped by Adam and he walked us thru the options and made the transition very positive. It is hard to find someone that still delivers excellent customer service today..,. And Adam is definitely understands how to do this and is a master at it! read more

You have to purchase a phone on line ? Not acceptable . Even with COVID you can let customers in to see phones and explain plans . I work in retail and we are operating successfully allowing 5 customers in . Am looking for another provider . Employees are under a tent , but customers have to wait in line under the hot sun . read more

Horrible store! I've had 2 issues with this store and WILL NOT go back again. My bill was wrong both times that I used promos, due to promos not being noted. One was for a 400.00 credit and the other was for a 190.00 credit. They will also not advise you when you have a free upgrade available on your account so BEWARE and know what you are doing before you go into any Verizon store. Don't go to this one! read more

Close this store, everytime i come to this store i have a hard time and end up having to go to another one that actually do help me out.

I couldn't imagine a more poorly run business than this retail store. I literally bought my last 2 cars quicker than the customer before me bought there last phone. Great place if you like to piss away an hour sitting and waiting to get serviced while the store is grossly understaffed. Pick another store if at all possible read more

Very frustrating!!! I look around at a store full of customers and it appears there is an equal amount if employees, but there is STILL a really long wait time. I look around and see the employees talking and messing around with each other while customers are waiting there turn to be helped. This can be extremely frustrating especially when you have other things you have to do that day......honestly it has become as bad as the DMV!!!! Definitely could stand to improve on this in a big way!!! read more

Very rude and unhelpful. Practically every one I know has had a bad experience at this location.

We had a good experience here. J Rod was terrific . He really helped us get the best rates available ! Not so in travelers rest. Store must be new cause it isn't listed in Yelp but the line salesman not only was not helpful, he lied about the price of a case we were interested in. Stay Away from Verizon travelers rest. read more

The worst service ever !! The're all lying sacks of crap who change there stories and deny what they told you (or what they "forgot to tell you") when they screw up your plan and then your stuck with the expensive bill and they won't fix the mistakes they've made. They get snippy and are very rude when you call them out on it. read more

I had a very poor experience with this Verizon store and it's associates. First off, I was not greeted when we walked into the store. Instead, the employees were too busy talking and laughing with each other. Secondly, when we did finally get to talk to someone, he was a very impersonal guy, which does not cut it in the retail world. There was no positive customer service at all, which is what the retail world should be all about. When asked about why the current promotions were being promoted if it's not going to help us out (would have increased our bill, when it is advertised to decrease it), the employee stated "for this reason, to create a buzz to have people like you come in and ask about it". It is a bad experience to leave a store so frustrated when you have been giving their business money every month for ten years. Avoid this store and take your business to another place with friendly, helpful, personable people who actually act like they enjoy their job! read more
