When they repaired the screen the company also messed up the middle screen sensor (didn't realize until I got home). The company told me to come back day after day to get fix. After a week I did drop the phone and bottom side crack (small crack)... Screen was not tampered (as if it was the light drop I did should not have cracked with a case ON)... nor will they fix the defected screen from the first repair. Unethical and work is awful.... Here again replace screen went in next day for them to fix the sensor on the iPhone screen and got the run around. The SCREEN IS NOT TAMPERED GLASS. The screen was already defected from day, 1 because the next day the middle portion did not work. I took the phone in the next exact day without a crack on the screen everyday they told me to come back for a straight week. 2 week came in now I have a small bottom crack and they will not fix the phone that was messed from there own mistake.

I want to give this business -100 stars,…read more I came here last night and met a very decent and polite black American lady employee But it was too late so I had to come back the next morning, So this morning I met a Mexican manager She has a tongue ring and speaks curtly But I still happily sat down and cooperated and did everything she asked. While I am talking to the phone company Verizon to get the pin number transfer, She kept interrupting in a very impolite manner. I tried to be very patient, because I really needed help and service. But after a while this mother went crazy and I didn't know what was going on. I tried my best to stay calm and persuade her to leave me alone so I could finish talking to the phone company But she continued to lose control and talk nonsense, while I continued to talk on the phone. In my mind, at that time, I wondered if this woman was on drugs or had a problem with her hormones. It's early in the morning, why does she have to do that? And here is a shop owner who is worse than his employee. After being rude and not helping and talking to herself on the phone she then turned around and yelled at me. I was very calm and told her to leave me alone to talk on the phone. Because right or wrong, I am responsible for myself. After there was no other way, I had to tell her to keep quiet, And what will be will be. She screamed. While I was dealing with my work it had nothing to do with her Because she put it all on me and I had to do it myself, so I had to do it myself. I tried to do it myself and get the job done, even though she gave me the wrong instructions. With the mentality that if it doesn't work, then it's okay, so I went very gently this morning. But unfortunately, I met a crazy woman. The crazy mother screamed at me to get out of the shop, while I was the one who was actively leaving the shop. She screamed at me to get out of the shop and wouldn't let me back in. Oh my god, who needs to come back here? The following day, I had to return it because it was defective and unfixable. So, the owner gave me another laptop to replace that one. It is now 6 months later after getting it, I had to return that. He says that it needed more memory because he's the expert I followed his advise and paid additional money. Then upon calling him to get an update, he states that it might be a hard drive issue. I didn't get the laptop back same day as promised. Then he explains that it's a driver issue the updates from HP are not compatible with the laptop. He was unable to tell me year and model of the laptop. However, he says he has a fix for it. I pick up the laptop and the graphics are horrible and look very outdated. This has been most inconvenient as I work from home. I have essentially lost 2+ work days and have an outdated computer. I was already walking towards the manger because I knew she would answer my question but this woman insisted on helping me and did so in a way where I will not return. It felt like she was taking her frustrations out on me when all I did was ask a simple question. This T-Mobile is the closest to my house but I will never go there again.
