Stay away from the service rep. named Jurell Lane, working in Statesboro. He does not know what he is doing. He will tell you what your monthly bill wiil be based on what he does in the store but nothing sticks. My first bill had no discount and I had to call Verizon to make the adjustments that he claimed he made. I spent over 40 minutes in th store with him and then an additonal hour on the phone. I called Jurell today to see if he could help and ending up hanging up the phone on him. I really regret changing to Veriozon. My bill is still $10. higher than what Jurell put in writing . It is almost impossible to get a live agent on the phone. I probably won't be with Verizon very long. read more

Verizon needs so much help in better people working for their store in 2023 of water cell phone from them and after they locked me out of my email and locked me out of everything they will not recover anything and they treating me so disrespectful so I recommend you guys be careful before you wrote something from Verizon other Verizon stores might be different but the one in Statesboro next to Franklin Chevrolet make a better choice and is getting a phone from them T-Mobile is a good place to get a phone AT&t is a good place to get a phone but I won't recommend Verizon just takes you money and that's why I didn't care about they don't care for the customer read more

Verizon has confusing pricing in the store. They will show plans for four cells phones but not real clear about the test of us. Long waits and odd customer service. I've been in three times and added to wait list only once. People would come in behind me with me standing right there at wait number and they would greet and check in the people behind me! This happened twice and I was in sweats the first time and dress clothes the second. The third time was to pick up my phone and I was greeted but still had to wait 15 minutes... to pick up a phone. And not busy at all. Ticked me off! Calling Verizon is definitely a better way to go! read more

A Tim sold us what we didn't need & specifically told him we didnt want it. First bill arrived with all the bells & whistles. Slowly trying to whittle down huge monthly bill. Overpriced! It is impossible to make contact by phone. Any number you find is only a loop. Same recording over & over. It's called a MONOPOLY for a reason. When in Statesboro store, it's sad to see the salesperson running the scam on old folks! No shame by these people!! read more

Stopped by today to see about my wife's upgrading to a new phone, when we walked in they asked us our name and what we wanted today then told us it would be a 20 minute wait as 3 people was ahead of us. So we wait..... Well no upgrade today, a little to soon. Have to come back next month to upgrade. So we will be back in June to see what we can do. My dad and I visited this location in order to activate a phone. This place was extremely busy. We were immediately greeted, and was told that we would have to wait to speak with one of the representatives. After about a 10-15 minute wait, we were assisted by a gentleman who was very professional! The service was great! Busy, but great! read more

Totally unwilling to help resolve problems and retail a customer. My dad has 8 lines on his Verizon account, problems with equipment, Verizon appears not to care at all. All they want is another 2 year commitment and get us to buy new phones. We will be taking our business elsewhere. We were sold an "indestructible" phone, which broke, to which they said "nothing we can do." I personally am experiencing problems with my phone and know 3 other people who are having the same problems with Verizon products. read more
