Instead of having too wait 3 weeks to have our equipment picked up, serviced and returned she worked magic and we walked out with a new (similar) model piece of equipment. Pretty sure because she took the time to talk to us and discovered the amount of work I had piled up and knew the predicament I was in at the time. She even agreed and arranged to have my new equipment tested by a tech before we left the store to ensure it worked properly. Even the rest of the staff was nothing short of great making us feel right at home. Everyone was very polite, friendly and eager to assist us and other customers in the store with whatever they needed. No high pressure, no feeling unwelcomed or like we were alone in the store with no assistance. Always apologizing for us having to wait when honestly we have waited longer for way less elsewhere. I couldn't start my car Saturday, Sept. 5, 2026 and realized my Interstate battery was 5 years 2…read moremonths old and needed to be replaced. I called six places and due to the holiday weekend, five of them were short staffed or did not have a battery for my Mazda6 in stock. Interstate Battery in Rincon, Georgia (28 miles away) was the only place who had the battery I needed and Jimmy said he could install it if I got there by 11:30 a.m. as they close at 12 p.m. on Saturdays. I was able to get a jump and called Jimmy to tell him I would be there at 11:07 a.m. He was waiting for me when I got there. He had the same new Interstate MT-35 battery and installed it in about 20 minutes. I was very happy! With the warranty, Interstate will replace it free if it dies in 2 years and then replacement is pro-rated until 5 years. Thank you Jimmy and thank you Interstate for making a reliable top rated battery that will hopefully last me another 5 years and was cheaper than your competitors!! I've been using Interstate batteries in my cars for 33 years and have never had any problems with them.

I felt "stalked" by the employee who kept recommending this or that while the other associate followed by partner around and made him so uncomfortable that he was ready to jet within 5 minutes of arriving. We couldn't have any intimate conversation due to feeling uneasy with the fact that the employees were so nosey and pushy. For cripes sake if we wanted yall to intrude or had questions we would ask. This isn't a used car lot...it is a sex store...you don't have to be so pushy! I also must add...and this could just be us...that the sex doll positioned poorly right in front of the doors looks eerily like a 13 year old and gave us "ICK" vibes. Just an opinion. As foe the sales people...if you want to be followed around and pressured...to have conversation or to buy...then this your place. If not, I'd stay away.
