I went to the Verizon website to upgrade my daughter's phone. I used her old phone as a trade-in. During the checkout process, I opted to return the old phone to the store: 890 Buckhead Drive. I went to the Verizon store at 890 Buckhead to turn it in. I walked in, explained that I was here to turn in a trade-in, and was immediately told they can not accept the trade-in device. I again explained that this store was the designated return point I chose during checkout. They were adamant that the device could not be return in the store. So....I called Verizon while still in the store and explained what was going on. The gentleman on the phone told me that he will make a note in my account that the phone was attempted to be returned and would send me a box by mail so I can return it. I waited two weeks and never got a box. Verizon then sent a text message saying that if the trade-in wasn't returned that we would be charged for it. I took it here: 11 E Kennedy. I explained what was going on and both Adiya and Tysen went above and beyond to help me get the phone returned. Tysen even provided the box and helped me get a return label. He also showed me a few tips and tricks about my phone that I never knew has scanning capabilities. It takes a lot to gain my good opinion but they have it! I have been with Verizon for years as has my Mom. I am 70, My husband is 71, My Mother is 95. My Mom was having a problem with her plan and wished to change it. We went to this location after I spoke to someone in customer care and we were assured they could help her with her problem. Again my Mom is 95 and fully alert but has a small problem with being steady so she holds onto our arms to walk small distances. As soon as we walked into the store, an angry voice ,loudly asked what we needed from halfway across the store. We continued to walk to the counter she was standing behind while she was texting and tried to explain what my mom's problem was she immediately told us she couldn't do anything about it. Long story short she started screaming we needed to move to the other side of the store because we were invading her "safe space", mind you she was still behind the counter and my mom was sitting on a stool in front of the counter and we were standing in the same place as when we first got there. Then she demanded we leave her Store! Moral of the story, all the young lady had to do was sell mom a new plan read more

Terrible service. Came in to talk to a representative about my phone and he just told me he couldn't do anything about anything. I asked him what I should do and all he said was "We can't help you on that". Basically told me to figure it out on my own. Horrible service once again from this place. read more

Absolutely the best service ever. I went with my boyfriend to get on his own line, I have sprint and after this trip I really want to switch over. They were not busy but instead of everyone just messing around everyone was very helpful. I dropped my phone & it wouldn't work. I went to this Verizon Authorized Dealer, as the regular Verizon store was closed due to hurricane. Was hoping to get it fixed as I was due to leave town early the next day. They said it could not be fixed (now I do not believe that), nor could they transfer all from my old iPhone info to a new iPhone (again, thinking back on it, I don't believe that either!). They talked me into getting a Google Pixel which proved to be unsatisfactory. I took it back as soon as I arrived back in Statesboro (well within the 14 day grace period). They said it was scratched and unreturnable. (NOT scratched). After much wrangling and manager talking to his "boss" I was able to swap for an iPhone, of course with an extremely high restocking fee. Looking back on it all, I believe now that I was scammed. Do not use these people. Other people who came in while I was there did not appear to be treated well either. Just a buyer beware... read more
