When I got to the store they said none of that mattered because they couldn't see anything on their end in the store and it's a totally different team. I started over in the store and then was told I can't trade in my phone because the screen has a crack. I told them that I didn't want to move forward with the account and wanted to cancel. They told me I couldn't cancel with them and I would have to call to cancel. Makes zero sense. So I called t mobile back to cancel and the representative on the phone told me that it wasn't true and that i could trade in my phone with the crack. I would have to go back to the store and cal customer service and talk to the customer service representative on the phone in front of the team member in the store. In what world does this make sense? Needless to say I am not moving forward with transferring my service to t mobile after spending a day getting run around in circles by their team. I can only imagine what it would be like to be a customer..
