Don't expect to get in/out of here quickly even if you know exactly what you need. One male employee was friendly and acknowledged that I didn't need to wait for a full blown consult. He asked another female employee to check me out "real quick." She shot ME a nasty look and very curtly told me she'd be with me shortly. She lost that sale for AT&T bc i walked out. read more

I find the customer service levels offered by this company absolutely disgusting. They dont even care about losing customers because the market "is very fluid" and they will pick up new customers as fast as they lose them. It was an awful experience. There were two people working that day and each had one customer they were working with at the time my dad & I walked into the store. Not one of them even acknowledge we walked in. Matter of fact they didn't even look at us. I understood they were busy so my dad & I went to check out the phones & waited. After 30 minutes waiting still not a word from either one of the people working there so we walked over to the door about to leave but looked back to see if one of them would say something anything to us. Again, we got nothing so we left. They made us feel completely invisible & not worth their time. I DO NOT recommend going to that store. read more

I was lied to in the store and told that I needed a business account versus a consumer account. I signed up for it. Doing some research on my own, I found out that the business account was $50 a month more than the consumer account. I tried to switch it to a consumer account and was told by AT&T that they would not allow it. I could stay with the business account that was $50 more a month than what I needed or I could switch carriers. While all of this was going on, I tried to activate the new phone I purchased from AT&T that was mailed to me. It would not activate. I had to go in the store and it took the store rep 1 HOUR to activate a single flip phone. This was not the waiting time, this was the time it took her to talk to the AT&T rep on the phone and get the new phone activated. ALSO, I have been trying for 5 days to get access to the account online as I was told I could do. Currently on the phone with AT&T - now going on over 30 minutes and talking to the THIRD rep - to try to get this done. It is still not done. So far, my experience with AT&T has been nothing less than a nightmare starting with being lied to and now continuing with the most terrible customer service anyone could imagine. read more

Do not use AT&T for their cell service. Verizon has better coverage. I switched to ATT about 2 months ago and was told they're number one in coverage. I based my decision to switch to ATT on the statements their salesman made. a hurricane recently hit my area and I've been without service at my house. I have to drive to get service. The roads are dangerous and there is no place to get gas. My neighbor has Verizon and his service is great. Verizon has an emergency cell signal for situations like this. ATT will let you down when you need them the most. I called to ask them to take their phones back and let me pay the lasts months bill, but they said no as expected. My phone is still in mint condition. After being mislead and deceived by their employee and advertising, you'd think they would void the contract for their dishonesty and lack of service in an emergency situation. I literally just called an attorney who specializes in contract law to first write a letter and prepare a complaint to be filed if they don't make this right! Their tv and internet service is good, but Do not use them for cellular service! You could end up in a bad situation. read more

I've been an AT&T customer for years. Been to plenty of different stores all over the US, and this is by far the worst store I've ever been too. Pretty horrendous wait times to just talk to an employee. I sat there for over an hour and a half waiting for to be helped, now that's not a huge deal if they are busy or short staffed, however that was not the case I was one of 3 customers in the store while there were two employees and the store manager there ( yes I know that's 3 employees and 3 customers.. should be no wait time however the store manager was busy talking to one of his associates and customer about getting drunk down at the beach). Anyways awful store, awful customer service. read more

I recently went to the store (April 2019) and I had a great experience. Walked in around 4 PM had a store associate meet us right away and gave us great customer service. Store associate was able to answer all our questions/concerns with getting new phones and changing our service plan. Maybe this visit was an anomaly, but it was one of the best cellphone store experiences me and my wife have had together. My wife has been in the store a few other times before and had to wait but was seen after waiting a reasonable amount time. Sorry to see the few negative reviews......... read more

Sadly I am still sitting in here for a representative 3 hours ago..... they have let two people skip us and we are still waiting to just simply be waited on.... I am so disappointed with att and that we had to wait this long to simply be talked to about upgrading a phone... when I was at Verizon I didn't have this issue and I recently switching to sprint due to this issue... I am highly upset and irate and will be talking to the manager. read more

I was in this store for 20 mins and didn't event get a "hey we will be with you in a sec" that is twice i have been in this store and had terrible customer service. Go right down the road to the other store... boom great service couldn't help me but i wasn't that mad because the service was at least good. Hire some new people !! read more

Long story short. I was treated very disrespectfully. I was spoken to like a child that had done something wrong. Then when I complained/joked to lighten the mood. I was told I should go to Verizon to see if they would tolerate my behavior. The other representative a sales person in training laughed uncomfortably, and I will never go there again. I will be calling who ever I can to complain about this location, and I will be seriously considering Verizon as my carrier in the near future. read more

I have been a customer of AT&T for quite some time now. I recently received an offer to upgrade my phone with the trade in program that AT&T provides. I recently visited your AT&T store in Daphne Alabama; 9912 Dimitros Blvd, Suite 101, Daphne, AL 36526 and was assisted by the employee name of Chris Depalma. I told him what I wanted to do, which was upgrade my device. He went into telling me about Direct TV service instead of assisting me with what I originally came in for. I told him when I moved, DirectTV was my first choice for cable television however, they were unable to get a signal. He went into telling me how AT&T now has a new way to make the signal work in my home. I told him I already have AT&T UVerse and I am not interested at this time. He told me that UVerse will probably become "obsolete" in the near future so my only option would be to go ahead and purchase a DirectTV package. I told him I was not interested once again, and then he told me, "My managers make me push this sale on customers so if you guys would please attempt to sign up we can cancel it at anytime and it won't be any charges on your account." He pretended to begin "upgrading" my device and looking up my account. He asked me to fill out a form that was on his iPad. I saw a blank where it asked for my social security number. I asked him, "Why would you need my social security number?" He replied, "Security Purposes so that I can access your account, its ok, I have no reason to lie." Thinking I could trust an AT&T employee, I proceeded to type my social security number. Then he began asking where did I live, and I told him I lived around the area, thats all he needed to know. Then he proceeded to tell me that he had seen me around before, and I was familiar. I told him I was feeling uncomfortable and I was just wanting to get the upgrade done so I can head home. He "looked up" my account and told me that in order to upgrade, I would need to pay $399.99. I told him my boyfriend is on the same account with the same upgrade trade in option and all he had to pay was $82 for his Samsung S8+. He replied, "I work off commission." I just stared at him, "Oh..Ok. No thanks. I'll do it myself." In the end, I did not receive my upgrade and I did not get my issue resolved. I felt very uncomfortable with this visit and I will not return to this store in the future. Very unprofessional and weird. read more
