I have the most abysmal experience I have ever had as a retail customer…read more Bryan, the store manager was absolutely arrogant and disdainful and had no interest in serving me as a customer. I entered the store which was absolutely empty at 4pm on a Saturday. I waited 10 minutes before he decided to grace me with his presence. Then when I started to inquire about the 20+ phones on display he said that they were irrelevant and he only had two models available. OK... So then I proceeded to ask him typical questions about the 2 available models: cost, trade in options, specs. He was increasingly irritated by my questions. Then when I asked to handle the phones to see how they perform he said absolutely not. When I asked why he got irritated and said my questions were making him "uncomfortable", and that I interrupted a "meeting", and then he asked me to leave the store! Insulted I refused since I was already an AT&T customer. So then he called the police! Just surreal. I waited for the police to arrive and they were equally baffled and incredulous. Truly a vile human being. For those of you willing to venture into the alleged store, I wish you luck! I do not advise ti.

Wanted to do a trade in for a new phone, didn't explain anything just starts swiping on the tablet, cursing under his breath, says he doesn't have time to do this, SIGNS SOMETHING, then says here's the new phone just return it in 2 weeks. I say ok that was weird never had an experience like that but before I could even inquire he's back to watching tv. I left the store and within 5 minutes get a text saying thank you for signing up for Next Up. I didn't sign up for anything what is this message. Extra $10 fee/month for something I didn't want. I contact AT&T to cancel and they say sorry it's a contractual agreement you can't cancel. I say I never signed any contract. That's when I realized the store employee signed a contract in my name! Unacceptable and illegal! AT&T support couldn't care less. Basically sorry that happened do you need help with anything else? This employee should be fired and charged I want the store video footage of this interaction. Do not come here ever. Went back a second time to turn in the phone and he's literally lounging on a couch scrolling through his phone.

I had this performed before and it took over two hours at the Apple Store. I was on standby for work and had no phone. Driving back home I saw the Verizon store. We stopped in and Jake the Verizon guy was confident that he would be able to program the new IPhone 17. I was doubtful but Jake's confidence was comforting. Jake was able to connect to my business account and down load all my contacts, apps photos in 30 minutes and we were out the door. I have a renewed respect for Verizon and their technicians. Jake was amazing and rescued my weekend. Thanks, Jake!

And my phone was NEVER working properly from Day 1. But today I went back because I heard free upgrades to iPhone 16 and they'll pay off whatever remains on your old phone. ***I called and confirmed my eligibility.*** I went today and was told "Offer only applies to people switching from another carrier." I asked them again, as I have many times before: "Are your employees completely untrained, or are they paid to lie?" Because if you talk to 4 different people you get 4 different answers! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I dropped off my TOUCH SCREEN laptop computer to have the screen repaired cause half of it wouldn't turn on. Got nothing from them regarding an estimate and called, girl said she would resend. Hours later again I called cause I still did not receive. So then a guy got on the phone and verbally told me $279 and they would let me know when it was done but about 3-5 days. Called back after a week,only for them to tell me they ordered the wrong screen and it would take longer. They did call when it was done and charged me almost 300. Just turned on to use it and it's not a touch screen anymore!!! I purposely buy touch screens for my little children and ease of use and they didn't say anything about that changing and said they ordered the right screen the second time. How are they going to charge $300 and not even replace it with what I had? The place has gone downhill and is a total rip off. I'm So upset.
