    My bank was double billed for my bill. Overdraft then $36 bank fee. Repeated Again. Another OD $36…read morefee. Then $25 dollar unauthorized charge for Mediacom insufficient fund fee. Then another $36 OD bank fee. THEN another $25 Medicom insufficient fund fee AND ANOTHER $36 OD fee!!! I went to office. They are nice. Boss Julia has not called me back after 5 days. She has copies of all and was to "figure out" how to correct. Notice these are unauthorized charges to my bank account. Mediacom is responsible. I WILL BE reimbursed. This is embarrassing!!! Truthfully, I can't wait till Spectrum rolls into Gulf Breeze. I call Mediacom every other month with billing "errors". There is either embezzlement or an interesting computer glitch. Tech calls and operator assistance?! Huh? I have to just laugh b4 I scream...

I called today to be assisted activating it. Now both the original person and the person today confirmed that it was free and no charge cause I asked the person today and he said yes there's no charge at all ever. So I had to call back 55 minutes later because it would not connect. It was red and the lady made a comment that it was free for the first 90 days and then I would be charged and I told her that's not what the first two people said and she said I'm sorry but after 90 days there's a charge I said send me a label and I'll send it back. Mediacom cannot get their story straight and they cannot keep the Internet connected. I've had a cable running from one house to two houses down outside of my house for the last three months. It's ridiculous. They are the worst Internet cable service in this country.

Well, "schedule" is a loose term... apparently, they double or triple book appointments just to keep you humble. After arriving on time for my appointment to drop off a broken iPad, I got to enjoy a solid hour of sitting quietly in an uncomfortable small waiting area where none of the techs--except for one shining star named Tracy--even acknowledged my existence. Tracy deserves a cape. She's the only reason this review isn't a black hole of negativity. The woman somehow keeps this chaos barely glued together with customer service, patience, and probably caffeine. The rest of the process? A circus without a ringmaster. You wait an hour after your appointment, only to spend another hour getting checked in. The seating area is so limited you half expect to be offered a spot on the floor or told to stand "for efficiency." And the kicker? You need an appointment to drop off your broken item--and another appointment to pick it up later. Each of those visits takes about two hours. So if you plan to use Geek Squad, just clear your schedule, bring a book (or three), and pray Tracy is working. She's the only thing standing between order and complete anarchy.
