Walked in to get help with a discount only to be told that "It doesnt exist" and "thats not a thing" when its been on my account for the last 10 years. The website wasnt letting me enter it in. Had to call and get a call back from a supervisor to get it all fixed. read more

I bought a new phone at this location and they didn't set it up. Simply put the phone in a bag and told me I had to do it. I also bought a screen protector and asked them to put it on. The girl did it but said I can't guarantee how it will turn out I'm not very good at putting these on. I watched her attempt to put 3 on the customer she was helping before me( I'm assuming it was her sister or some sort of relation because they looked a lot alike) she would screw one up and open another and try again, but said she couldn't do that for mine? The girl who helped me was very rude. I had sprint for 20+ years and never had an experience close to this. read more

This place has a couple knowledgeable managers who are willing to help but otherwise expect some unknowledgeable rudeness from the staff. For starters they usually just stare at you as you walk in the door and continue talking amongst themselves. When they finally do approach they try really hard to sound more intelligent than what they are and unless you are willing to buy something new they will act like you are bothering them. And this is not isolated, I have been coming here for years because my company dictates that we use Verizon but to be honest I'd rather go to the dentist office than deal with these people. I always hope for it to change but sure enough, they always come through with the worst customer service on the planet. read more

Never open during the posted hours. Opens late and closes early. Hard for use who work during the day to come in. The auto phone prompts for the company don't help either because they just tell you the representatives are busy if they don't pick up the phone. But I got tired of driving over to a closed store, so I started calling. Good luck with that. read more

The sales rep was cordial but not extremely friendly. Because I am 65 and my existing phone was an 8 plus and I upgraded to a 15 plus I had problems setting up and had to go in the next day for help. The rep that I worked with that day was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even though they charge now to transfer data and assist in pairing devices I relented for the convenience and time it would save me. Kyle was a Godsend. He did everything I requested and offered his personal services (through the company) if I had problems in the future. He is definitely an asset to that Verizon store. Thank God for the tech savvy youth.
