My Motorola phone bit the dust, all glitched out beyond saving. I already had replacement phone, but needed to make it active and switch everything over from the dead phone. So I went to my local Verizon store in Omak. Just two seconds after I walked in the door, Jenna got up to greet me and said, "Hello, what can I help you with", so I instantly felt welcome. It was no easy task to switch things over from my old phone to the new one, because the old phone was in critical condition, on life support, and barely able to be operated at all. But Jenna and her coworkers were very patient and persistent, and thought outside the box a bit, and thus were able to get almost everything important transferred over to my new phone. And she also got my new phone activated and tested it out to make sure it was working on my Verizon plan with the correct phone number. It took the better part of an hour to get all of this done, and the whole time Jenna was super friendly and patient with me. Absolute top rate customer service! read more

I got a new iPhone on Verizon store on the phone. They told us go to the store and help us set it up. They were so rude. And they said it would be a fee doing the process. We didn't know it was not a real Verizon store. Around the store, inside and outside, it's Verizon so we thought it was Verizon store. I guess they were too busy hanging out with coworkers to help us anyway. So we went to the Walmart and a really nice man tried to help us with no charge. The man said this is the one we had three different people saying how rude they were. Be warned. read more

I would like to share the following experience I had this last Saturday, July 8th. The store was EXTREMELY busy, and all three people were helping customers when we came in. We came in to upgrade my husband's phone. Our customer service rep was Penny Logan. She provided OUTSTANDING customer service, way ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations. She was friendly, competent and efficient. She's also a great salesperson--suggesting a bigger capacity phone, but not pressuring and still willing to order the smaller capacity phone for us. In the end, we did decide to go with the larger capacity phone, kudos to Penny. We are very happy with the purchase. During the process, which we realize and expected to take time, we observed Penny multi-tasking and helping multiple people, while still making us feel like we were the priority. I watched her talk to someone from a different store and also work with someone from tech support (on two different phones) while transferring all of my husband's data from his old phone to his new phone. You certainly get your money's worth with this young lady. You are VERY fortunate to have such a hard working employee on board! Today was the first and last time at this store. I came in to buy a screen saver for an i-phone. The least expensive was $43. I hemmed and hawed a bit and then decided to go ahead as he said he'd put it on, no problem. Plus it had a lifetime replacement warranty. Whoop de doo. Over an hour later, 3 different screen savers, as this was how many he messed up, he hands my phone to his associate and tells her my new phone is warped. I told them I just got this phone from Verizon and was told it was a reconditioned phone, which I knew from spending hours on the phone with a certain insurance agency that Verizon pushes. I also told them my 'new' phone was doing the exact same thing my old phone did. Her response was to ask me if I'd like to upgrade. Really???? After you both spent over an hour screwing around trying to replace my screen saver, what the hell makes you think I want to have you help me and give you a commission?? Oh and don't forget the fact that I'm standing in a Verizon store and you can't help me but tell me to call customer service. And BTW, screen savers at Walmart are 1/4 of the price and he put it on and two associates agreed with me that my phone WAS NOT warped. read more

I returned the following day with a couple more questions and Adian helped me. He was very helpful. He helped me download the required OS on my Mac so iTunes would work.
