I told her I did not want any added features of extra things just the $50 monthly bill and taxas. She kept insisting that her computer wouldn't let her not add insurance. She tried to make me look dumb just so her commission could be a few $ up. She even showed me her computer where she claimed it wouldn't allow her to not add insurance, there was clearly an option of declining insurance which I told her I said it says right there declined and she continued to act dumb. The other her girl that was there with her even said " just add the $2 insurance " and I said no I don't want insurance. They kept insisting until i asked if I needed to go somewhere else due to them not understanding what I wanted because they were trying to get $40 extra bucks out of me. The girl ended up bothered and was pretty rude to me because wasn't going to pay her $100 for a free device. My total ended up being only $56 dollars after all that arguing with her about her not adding extra stuff to my account. I don't even know what she was adding to my bill for it to be $96 and the drop down to $56 after all the arguing I did. DEFINITELY DONNOT RECOMMEND THEY ARE SCAMMERS. He also let me open my new phone to make sure I was satisfied with it, and gave us waters. Jose was the manager, and told us he would give him a raise. Jose also deserves a raise for that, they are great guys.

I have been with T-Mobile for 4 years. I had pretty good service other than the few glitches towers…read morebeing down like your typical stuff.. recently my phone got shut off for about 2 months I went to T-Mobile and paid $161.02 to pay off all of my fines and fees then come to find out they charged me double in December so I call I get refunded now they are trying to charge me that same double amount this month because it shows I never paid it so my phone bill went from $40 and 11 cents too $121 dollars that quick.. I I canceled my service after 4 years and I will not recommend T-Mobile to anybody and I advise you to not sign up with them it has been awful.

In the last month I have spent over $9,200 with Best Buy. One of the orders was January 31th 2025…read morefor $6,917.10 and it has two TV's in it. The TV's were scheduled to be delivered and installed on February 7th between the hours of 7am to 7pm. I stayed home for this and lost out on $500 for no one to show up. I called the number for Best Buy to find out why I had not received my TV's yet. First call I was told they were on their way and then by the fourth call at 9pm at night I get told I have to wait another eight days before I receive my TV's and they install them. I told Best Buy that's not the way to treat customers that spend 1,000's of dollars with them. I think and feel that Best Buy should do what every it takes to get this done quickly and compensate for the problems. I was okay with waiting 7days but I am not okay with waiting 15 days when I spend that kind of money. Then on February 14th CRST Home Solutions contacted me to set up a appointment for installation the following week. Best Buy has the worst customer service I have seen in a long time and it is my opinion if you want electronics with good customer service Best Buy is not a company to do business with.
