I went Yesterday for a transfer and it was the worst experience I had the younger girl was training…read moreand older lady so I know she was the manager honest 0 start would be a service to let customers know they add unnecessary fees and don't know what they are doing sitting there and arguing w the customer is crazy to me since I also work in customer service. Never coming back It took them more the an hr to do a transfer that didn't even go thorough I went to another location and they had it done in 5 mins If you want ghetto this store is where you wanna be @ THEY SHOULD FIRE THE EMPLOYEES & START FRESH

I came in looking for the 4G…read morehotspot which is free if you have a acct all you pay is the taxas and first month(I'm a former employee of Metro) the little girl there tried adding things to my account I did not give her permission too. She tried to make me pay ALMOST $100 for a device that is free. I told her I worked at a Metro and the price was wayyyy off. I told her I did not want any added features of extra things just the $50 monthly bill and taxas. She kept insisting that her computer wouldn't let her not add insurance. She tried to make me look dumb just so her commission could be a few $ up. She even showed me her computer where she claimed it wouldn't allow her to not add insurance, there was clearly an option of declining insurance which I told her I said it says right there declined and she continued to act dumb. The other her girl that was there with her even said " just add the $2 insurance " and I said no I don't want insurance. They kept insisting until i asked if I needed to go somewhere else due to them not understanding what I wanted because they were trying to get $40 extra bucks out of me. The girl ended up bothered and was pretty rude to me because wasn't going to pay her $100 for a free device. My total ended up being only $56 dollars after all that arguing with her about her not adding extra stuff to my account. I don't even know what she was adding to my bill for it to be $96 and the drop down to $56 after all the arguing I did. DEFINITELY DONNOT RECOMMEND THEY ARE SCAMMERS. They don't know what they're doing at all. I recommend going to 74th and penn the only reason I didn't go was because they didn't have a hotspot at any old thete locations
