Help with the phone staff because they have not helped me in over a year after 75 questions. They direct me to you.

I came in with 2 bills in hand hoping to resolve a billing issue. I checked in at the front as is standard and TOLD them I had a billing issue. When it was my turn, after waiting for at least 10 mins I was told they no longer handle billing in the store. If you want service that isnt solely based on selling, try the Seneca Turnpike location! Also, I was later told by Verizon 1800 number that this was completely untrue and the stores are still allowed to resolve billing issues. What a waste of time! read more

I wanted to get a screen protector for my new iPhone and the guy helping me disappeared for a good five minutes in the back. He came back with only one and didn't even offer me the opportunity to pick out a screen protector. The one he charged me for was $50. I don't know if they're told to do this or what, but that's outrageous. I could've gone to best buy and gotten one for less than $20 and I would've been able to pick the one I wanted. read more

I went into the store to inquire about an upgrade I knew I was due. I spoke to customer service on the phone because I have been in the store twice and they kept telling me I was not allowed to upgrade. Customer service told me that a mistake had been made on Verizon's part and I was in fact allowed to upgrade. After going back to the store for a second time in one day, the solutions manager was extremely disrespectful. He looked at me and spoke to me as if I was an idiot. He would not listen to me when I was trying to explain what a supervisor had told me. When I asked if I could call this supervisor in the store and have him talk to her he would not. I decided to forgo giving this store my time and money and ordered a phone over the phone with the customer service representative. They were so helpful and kind. They understood that it was ok to admit that they made a mistake. read more

I was very disappointed with my service on Christmas Eve. I understand it was a holiday and the employees' probably had better things to do, but we basically picked our own phone without any help, were brought to the counter to activate/check out, and the two associates that helped us (male and female) were very laid back, checking their own personal phone text messages waiting for our phones to activate, as well as looking up drink cocktail mixes for some cranberry vodka concoction one was looking to make. I've been a mobile customer with them for 10 years, with smartphones and data plans, and I get treated like a bum off the street when I walk in there. They explain things in a roundabout manner and then you receive sticker shock when you get your bill. read more

I purchased a phone for my child and explained I wanted to use a monitoring system for safety due to his age and that was the only way I would get him his own phone. I got the phone, case, screaen protector etc and waited for school to end to give if to him. I brought it to the store Tuesday to set up and download the Verizon Family Base app. They told me I had to download the app at home on my computer and couldn't do that for me. I went home and spent over an hour on phone with a etech because I could not get it to download onto his phone. Come to find out they sold me a phone it is not compatible with! This was the straw that broke the camel's back. Pretty much done with price gouging and games. Curious if anyone else kept paying overages until they upgraded to next level only to have it happen again and again each month ( my husband is 70 and I am 5 so we don't live on our phones). We finally got the unlimited plan for which ISN'T $45 AS advertised but closer to twice that with all the other fees they tack on. We are paying close to $250 on 3 phones and now the service we get freezes right up and drops calls. I am thinking we should look into a class action suit since we have no means of knowing or verifying how much actual data was used and I am questioning how honest they are read more

Terrible customer service and a confrontational manager and general manager with little integrity.

I would like to know what my tracking number or tag number for my warranty phone that was replaced on 6/6/17 you can E Mail me at K.Cambra @AOL.com when you find these numbers for me if you could assist me in this area it would do alot to approve my review of this company.I would like to give a better review in the future it's difficult to contact your store I really hope you change that in the future please contact my email with those two numbers or at least one of them thank you! read more

Worst customer service ever!!! Verizon Wireless store at 4848 Commercial Dr, New Hartford, NY 13413, On Friday, May 15, 2015 on or about 1:30pm, I walked into that store with high hopes. I had two items with me that I had purchased online. One of the items was too old to swap out which I understood. However, the other item I had was a recent purchase (20 days) and all I wanted to do was swap the item. All I receive was a very rude employee named Michelle who stated it was passed 14 days return policy and she can't help me. Then, I got into my car and called Verizon Wireless and they told me they would post a note into my account for the store to swap out the item. I walked back into the store and asked for the same person (Michelle) however she stated very rudely "I am helping another customer." Another young lady tried to help me. She walked into the back room and came back out and told me she could not help me. I left ever more upset then before because I did not think just swapping an item out was going to be such a pain. I believe they need to work on their customer service skills for those of us who are already customers. They would not have a job if it were not for us. I recommend avoiding this store at all costs. read more
