Solid customer service and friendly staff, very helpful. Replacement parts leave a bit to be…read moredesired. I'll preface this with the fact that I am planning on ditching this phone as soon as the new one comes out, and I just needed something cheap and easy to carry me until this September. If that sounds like you, these guys are the right choice. Had these guys fix a cracked phone (front and back) and, while quick and affordable, the replacement parts are rather low quality. Back glass seems perfectly fine, other than the fact that my MagSafe charging isn't as secure as it once was. I had major issues with my screen after it was fixed but the staff were quick to help me out, even gave me a most of my money back for the display (I had already taken the phone to apple to get an OEM screen put on, and could not get them to give me the screen from these guys to return for a proper refund; all in all I'd say this is fair). All in all Id recommend these guys if you need a cheap quick fix so you can still qualify for apples early upgrade program or a trade in promotion, but if you're looking for a long term repair, it's best to go to the apple store for genuine apple parts that'll last you. Hopefully soon the Right To Repair movement will reach a point where all of these small business owners can get their hands on genuine parts for proper fixes and we can stop relying solely on a tech giant like Apple for our repairs and give our money back to the local guys.

The complete lack of customer service was initially irritating and really left me somewhat baffled…read more After about 10 minutes the situation became almost comical and we left without being acknowledged or helped. We walked into the store to see about 5-6 other groups clearly waiting around for assistance. Nobody greeted us or the other customers that were entering the store, and we were left to wander around. Due to the open layout of the store there was no coherent line that had formed. This would have been understandable, but there was also no system in place for keeping track of who was next in line to be helped. When we asked another person how long she had been waiting for, her response was, "20 minutes and nobody has even looked my way." The comical part started when a display iphone was separated from its security tether and a loud, constant alarm started ringing. I was under the impression that a security alert would at least draw some attention towards us. Nope, all three reps remained seated and blissfully ignored the shrill alarm. We left after 5 minutes of listening to this alarm go off and watching the 3 reps calmly stare at their ipads. Luckily I was only there to help someone else with a phone upgrade. I'm happy to be a Verizon Wireless customer, where they at least have dedicated representatives that greet you and enter you into a queue. This store needs help in more ways than one, and until it gets it I would recommend avoiding the experience at all costs. This took place on 10.19.2014.
