Not only was the lady at the desk (I can't remember her name, but she had long blonde hair and was unbelievably friendly and welcoming) ready to help with getting me through the forms at 6:30 at night, she then walked me back to Ray the pharmacist, who I can honestly say spent more time explaining my medical options than any doctor, pharmacist, or nurse in the last 20 years. He was knowledgable, outgoing, and willing to make sure I had all my questions answered (including the one about my idiot neighbor trying to burn down the house.) Although the product has not yet had the desired effect, and it may not be the final solution for my case, I would strongly suggest that if you are looking for a dispensary in Syracuse, this is the one you should try. I have no doubt that when I stop back and talk with Ray about my first step results, he will be more than willing to work with me on the next step or attempt. He also went out of his way to see if I had any discounts available, and found a way for me to get 10% off my first purchase (REGISTER AT THE WEBSITE BEFORE YOU GO FOR 10% OFF COUPON!) 100% top-notch service from both of them made me feel right at home (except for the young people couch I almost fell off of because I am old) along with the recent price drops makes MedMen #1 in my book.

I recently placed an order online; but the order was denied because their system said I had reached…read moremy 60 day limit. When I called for clarification they were unable to tell me how much I had purchased in the past 60 days. They were also unable to tell me what the state considered a 60 day limit. I had to call Verilife, my preferred dispensary, for them to do the math to find out I was not even close to a 60 day limit. Verilife also informed me that the state doesn't give any specification on what amount constitutes a 60 day supply because everyone's dosage is dependent on the patient. It seems MedMen is not clear on the state laws, and they are not concerned with their patients. You're better off at Verilife.

I've tried (and enjoyed) multiple strains of flower and pre-rolls, and it's definitely quality cannabis. Some of my favorite products are their edibles. The cookies and caramel corn taste delicious...you don't even taste the marijuana. I bought several bags of the potcorn and it held up well after freezing it. Definitely will return!

There's so many choices of types of smoking delights and ways to smoke them. The place is massive, clean and quiet too. Some shops you walk into, the music is blasting to the point where you can't have a decent conversation. The staff is very very knowledgeable about the product they sell. The D8 selection was a good size and all the questions about the carts, differences in D8 and D10, who has the best and most potent product and any other questions that might come up. The prices are not bad, pretty much on par with most smoke shops around town so no complaints there. All in all this is a nice shop that has a amazing selection with knowledgeable staff. 5 Stars

It turns out they were giving away for free the exact same pen I had, and the salesperson gave one to my roommate and I. The salesperson, Anatonia, was friendly and professional. She offered for us to try some of their own brands or vape juice. They were really good and we bought a couple of bottles. She took the time to show us a bunch of different products, at the same time helping another customer and never missing a beat with both of us. Excellent service like this is what will bring me back to this store and their website; you should check them out too.
